Non comprendo tutto questo entusiasmo. Per un ristorante che ti fa pagare un hamburger 23,00 € mi aspetto quanto meno una tovaglia e non un pezzo di carta sotto il piatto, un tovagliolo di stoffa e non un fazzoletto di carta, un tavolo (Ikea) integro e non rovinato. Il servizio impeccabile non copre le pecche del cibo (carne quasi insapore, patate crude, polpette di polpo e rana pescatrice senza pesce). Nella carissima Dubrovnik un posto caro, dove è bello entrare per il locale e l'atmosfera e sarebbe stato bello uscire senza consumare nulla. Giovanni, 15 luglio 25

I remember Pantarul from when they were in the Michelin guide. The atmosphere and service are still good but the food is far from it. Our starters risotto balls and squid balls were fine. The main course shrimp risotto was ok but had been served too little and there was still some raw rice in it. The burger was terrible the steak was supposed to be medium but was completely overcooked, was made of hard pressed meat, rubbery and looked and tasted like the cheapest frozen meatballs. The fries were dry and boring. This was by far the worst meal we have had in Dubrovnik.

From the minute I walked into Pantarul I knew this was going to be an evening not to forget . The staff were amazing and very informative and hands down the best meal I have ever had . The steak tartare was fresh, vibrant and bursting with flavour. My main dish, which was veal, was perfectly cooked with a sweet potato puree red cabbage, the crunchiness of the leaks complemented the dish perfectly. It's rare to find a place where every detail is his thoughtfully executed , from the quality of the ingredients to the quality of the menu. Pantarul isn't just a place to eat; it's a place to experience food at its highest level. If you're looking for a meal to stay with you long after the last bite ...look no further!

Food was on point - fresh, inventive, delicious. I loved the octopus fettuccine dish from the seasonal menu, and the daily dessert was killer - chocolate cake that not too sweet, and the flavors melded so well! Our server was very nice and helpful. The wine pairings suggested were fantastic. Loved it to the max! If I was a local, this would be my choice for my birthday dinner.

Pantarul was a peaceful escape just outside Dubrovnik 🍷✨ I came on a weekday evening with a reservation but noticed they had room for walk-ins too. The space was quiet, clean, and welcoming. The fish tartare came out on a warm plate, which was such a thoughtful touch 🐟🔥—fresh and full of flavor. The beef tagliata was tender and paired beautifully with the pepper jam 🥩🌶️. I tried the octopus special too, which was super fresh, though the cheese on top was a bit too much for me 🐙🧀. Ended on a high note with the whipped caramel almond brittle—so light and fluffy with the perfect crunchy sweet topping 🍮✨ While everything was tasty, the prices made it a bit hard to justify overall. Still, worth a visit if you’re looking for a calm, elevated meal outside the city!

We found Pantarul on our first day in Lapad—and we were not disappointed! The service and food were absolutely top quality—definitely five-star. We had the beef tartare, sea bassand julienne vegetables, served with homemade bread and delicious olive oil. The bread was out of this world! Even better, they were able to cater to gluten-free needs and provided gluten-free bread, which was such a thoughtful touch. The olive oil was top-notch, and the tartare was honestly one of the best we've ever had. For dessert, we went with the semifreddo—and wow! I only wish we had ordered more… it was that good. Our waiter was fantastic—on top of his game, friendly, and an all-around lovely guy. We didn’t catch his name, but he was a tall gentleman who even taught us a few words in Croatian. Hvala… or should we say “fala”! 😊 Thank you, Pantarul, for a beautiful evening and an unforgettable meal!

Najlepsza restauracja w tej części miasta. W menu dostępne dania lokalne jak i z kuchni światowej. W tegorocznym menu sezonowym pojawiło się risotto z krewetkami, które miałem okazję spróbować i było przepyszne. Cenowo jest ok, adekwatnie do jakości serwowanych potraw.
