I returned there after many years and I'm pleasantly disappointed. The breaded calamari is awful, but the grilled calamari, the Shopska salad, and the grilled octopus are phenomenal. Everything is done with taste, and the toppings are perfect.

Skvelý gastronomický zážitok v Baške Vode. Zvonka pôsobí reštaurácia Mars nenápadne, no vo vnútri vás prekvapí príjemná, rodinná atmosféra. Už pri prvej návšteve nás nadchla výborná rybacia polievka – skvele ochutená, s kúskami kvalitnej ryby a bez výrazného “rybacieho” zápachu. K tomu čapované pivko a bol som spokojný. Vrátili sme sa aj na večeru – dal som si morského vlka a bol to zážitok. Jemná, čerstvá ryba perfektne ugrilovaná, nasiaknutá bylinkami a olivovým olejom. K tomu grécky šalát, výborný kurací špíz (3 kúsky!) a domáce biele víno. Veľmi oceňujem servis – čašníci upravení, usmievaví, profesionálni. Biele košele, obrusy, všetko ladilo s atmosférou. Na záver sme dostali rakiju ako pozornosť podniku. Ak hľadáte tradičnú kuchyňu, čerstvé ryby a poctivý prístup, určite odporúčam. Veľmi príjemné prekvapenie a jedna z najlepších reštauračných skúseností v okolí.

Были в шести ресторанах Башка Воды, больше всего понравилось в Марсе, приходя в него, мы не разу не разочаровывались, цены приемлемые, а еда впечатляющая, больше всего понравился октопус (осьминог) на гриле. Официанты добрые, в конце дают взрослым выпить, а детям что то вкусное Крепкая 5!

Wir haben Muscheln, Calamari, Beef Steak, Grillplatte, Fischsuppe und verschiedene Salate bestellt – und jedes einzelne Gericht war hervorragend. Besonders die Muscheln waren außerordentlich gut und dazu eine riesige Portion! Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top, und der Service war freundlich, aufmerksam und schnell. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Restaurant nur weiterempfehlen!

Absolut authentisches kroatisches Fischrestaurant. Ein Must-Visit mit sehr leckeren Speisen und tollem Flair! Perfekt zubereiteter frischer Fisch, auch leckere Fischsuppe. Mars hat ein traditionelles, rustikales Ambiente und das macht den Charme aus. Es ist ein Urgestein in Baska Voda. Als erstes Fischrestaurant im Ort wurde es nach dem Fischkutter benannt, der vor über 50 Jahren den Fisch brachte. Preise sind vollkommen moderat, das Team wirklich sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, Verständigung in etlichen Sprachen möglich. Einfach mal die Kellner nach der Tagesempfehlung fragen. Wer möchte, kann sein Essen auch direkt am Wasser einnehmen, denn auch Take-Away ist möglich. Aber ich würde wegen der Stimmung mal vor Ort sitzen bleiben und es wirken lassen. Sehr lecker, kein Schnick-Schnack, perfekt! 🥰
