Can't agree with good reviews. We have been there a couple of days ago, ordered soups, meet and desert and everything was average except the strudel, which was just awful.

Abbiamo pranzato di passaggio in questo ristorante. Il cibo era abbastanza buono, l’atmosfera tradizionale e la signora al banco molto gentile. Tuttavia abbiamo avuto alcuni problemi con il cameriere dai capelli rossi che durante tutto il servizio si è comportato con noi in maniera alquanto scocciata. Innanzitutto dopo aver preso l’ordine ci ha domandato in maniera poco educata se volevamo ordinare solo questo (due zuppe e un piatto principale da condividere) e poi al momento del conto, per facilitare il resto in contanti, abbiamo aggiunto della moneta per farci dare una sola banconota ma in cambio ci ha dato la stessa cifra ma in moneta. Il tutto sempre brontolando di nascosto e con il fare da presa in giro… Peccato! Direi al cameriere con i capelli rossi che una giornata storta può capitare a tutti ma la buona educazione è meglio non perderla mai. Non credo ci torneremo.

Overall the place is good with good quality of food served. We came without reservation and we’re given a table. We waited 10 minutes for the menu, after another 15 minutes for someone to take order. To deliver soup it took around 30 min. Main course was delivered after another 15-20 min. The table next to ask came later and they received food before us, maybe because they had reservation. If you don’t want to wait 1 hour to get your meal - make reservation or go the another place.
