What a lovely place for dinner, beautiful inside and probably even better outside once the weather is warmer! Recommended by our hotel and very high up on trip advisor...our waiter Sandi was well up with some of the best waiters we've ever interacted with. Worth booking in advance, we were asked if we would be willing to move to allow a larger group to be accommodated, of course free dessert and a round of drinks on the house 👍😁 only thing that let them down was my wife's octopus was indistinguishable from the herbs covering it and as delicious as my confit duck was, the bottom was black and overcooked. That being said I'd still go back!

Lindo restaurante con muy buena comida a precios razonables, y con una excelente atención. Todos los platos estuvieron deliciosos, la pasta, las carnes y el puré de papas súper especial. Tienen una carta de vinos de Eslovenia, interesantes, probamos un Cabernet Sauvignon, resultó bueno.

We had a great meal at this restaurant, with excellent service. The 4 stars is because we received a bill that stated in big letters that the tip was not included. This was only written in English, not in Slovenian. This in a country where the tip is usually included in the final bill. It makes me question whether tourists are being scammed out of an additional 10%. I wish this kind of thing would not happen. Not the end of the world, but it left us with a bad taste. Too bad because the meal itself was great.

Mitten im Stadtzentrum läd Julija zu einem gemütlichen Abendessen, bei schönem Wetter auch draußen in der Fußgängerzone, ein. Hier findet man eine Auswahl an slowenisch, österreichisch und italienisch angehauchten Speisen in mittlerer Preisklasse. Besonders empfehlenswert sind die struklji!

Always good. Have not been there for a while, but they still retain good service and offer great food. I love their steaks with truffles... And for dessert, I recommend vanilla ice with warm berries ! Unfortunately, they stopped receiving reservations, even if there are still free tables... So make sure, you book well in advance.
