Jedro was a fantastic dining experience! The ambiance is stylish yet cozy and the service was outstanding. The food was delicious and beautifully plated, with a great mix of local flavors and modern touches. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in both the dishes and the overall experience (live music, fish prepared at the table). Definitely a must-visit if you’re staying at the Hilton or nearby!

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns, dass die talentierte Köchin erst 20 Jahre alt ist – ein wahrer Goldschatz in der Küche. Auch das restliche Personal war äußerst professionell, aufmerksam und herzlich. Već dugo nismo jeli tako izvrsne dagnje i tjesteninu s tartufima – okus je bio zaista savršen! Posebno nas je oduševilo što je kuharica stara samo 20 godina – pravi zlatni dragulj u kuhinji. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno profesionalno, pažljivo i vrlo ljubazno. Toplo preporučujemo ovaj restoran svima koji cijene vrhunsku hranu i izvrsnu uslugu.
