A fantastic dining experience. Very calming and peaceful ambience and location. The staff was very attentive and warm, you felt like you were dining at a family member’s house. The food was delicious with a wide range of fresh seafood as well as an extensive wine list, I recommend the house wine, it was very satisfying. Definitely a must-visit while in Dubrovnik.

An unforgettable dining experience at Gverović Orsan We started with a trio of seafood delicacies — fish carpaccio, fish tartare, and smoked tuna — each dish fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. For the main course, we enjoyed perfectly grilled fish and black risotto. To end the evening, we had crêpes in a spicy orange sauce — an absolute highlight, delicate and full of flavor. The setting by the sea is breathtaking, and the sunset made everything feel magical. A must-visit if you’re in Dubrovnik.
