We stayed at the hotel for Easter weekend. The restaurant is beautiful and the food is excellent. However, the service is a disaster. The manager favors the whims of certain customers and keeps the rest waiting. This is negligence. It's a shame because the restaurant is well located and the food is incredible. I wish you all the best, though.

Ich war schon öfters hier und sehr begeistert vom Ambiente und dem Essen. Heute war ich wieder dort mit einer Begleitung. Die Bedienung hat uns gesehen, kam aber nicht zu uns. Als wir auf die Bedienung zugegangen kam irgendwann jemand zu uns an den Tisch. Ne Speisekarte haben wir dann ebenfalls erst auf Anfrage bekommen. Bestellt hatten wir einen Burger und eine Pizza. Die Pizza kam und war wie immer super lecker. Der Burger kam überhaupt nicht. Schade. Als meine Begleitung rein ist zum bezahlen, saßen alle Kellner nur rum und haben offensichtlich einfach gechillt. Ich persönlich bin sehr enttäuscht, da ich das Restaurant ganz anders kenne was den Service betrifft.

Bili smo prvi put u ovom restoranu i mogu samo sve pohvaliti,hrana ukusna i fina. Konobari ljubazni i uslužni, ugodna atmosfera. Ako budemo ponovno dolazili u Međugorje svakako cemo ponovno doći u ovaj restoran.
