Average at best - disappointing! Service: polite, waiter was quick to ask what we'd like to drink, but failed to understand that drinks go with the food. Later on, he forgot to bring the ordered drinks until after the food has already been served. We were also waiting to get the bill. Food: Mushrooms soup was acceptable, but served too cold. Beefsteaks in peppersauce were as they were supposed to be, soft, tender meat, juicy. Perfectly done - medium, as requested. If it wasn't for the vegetables and potatoes (read below)... nevertheless, 4 points! Tagliatta, on the other hand, was a completely different story. The meat chosen was supposed to be roast beef. Supposed to be... we all were convinced that it wasn't. Normally, roast beef should literally melt in your mouth, meat should have been soft and tender. In reality, meat was unseasoned, dry, overcooked, almost tastless. All 3 ordered steaks were supposed to be done medium. In reality, they were almost well done. Worst thing: when served, the food was already COMPLETELY COLD - obviously, it was placed on a cold plates! I've sent mine back to the kitchen... Vegetables as a sidedish were unimaginative, only carrots, pumpkins and 1 small cherry tomato. They have also used pre-prepared frozen potatoes, defrosted and baken. Also disappointing. Tagliatta was a waste of time and money! 0 points! Additional minus: when asked for a pepper mill, the response was there was none available!
