Ein echtes Juwel in Murter – Das Fabro Wunderschön direkt am Wasser gelegen, mit eigener Anlegestelle für Boote – ein perfekter Ort zum Ankommen und Genießen. Das Essen überzeugt auf ganzer Linie: frische Zutaten, liebevoll zubereitet und geschmacklich einfach top. Preis-Leistung stimmt hier absolut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das Service: aufmerksam, herzlich und stets bemüht. Der Chef selbst ist präsent, nimmt sich Zeit für die Gäste und sorgt für eine persönliche, einladende Atmosphäre. Das Fabro ist eingebettet in die charmante Altstadt von Murter – ein idealer Ort für einen genussvollen Abend mit Blick aufs Meer. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

If you want a memorable experience and a restaurant with a terrace surrounded by the sea, you won't go wrong. All the food, especially the fish specialties, is top-notch, and I would especially like to highlight the steak in green pepper sauce. It is one of the best restaurants in Murter.

Very disappointing. We waited over two hours, portions were tiny, and the staff was arrogant. Four of us ordered the vegetable dish, but only two portions arrived — supposedly enough for four. The food was overly salty, the soup tasted canned, and the fish was absurdly overpriced. When we complained, the waiter just shrugged and said, “That’s how we are.” Never again.

Terrible experience. We had table service and waited for 2 hours. Portions were extremely small, and the staff was very arrogant. We were a group of 6 people, 4 of us ordered the vegetable dish, but we only received 2 portions. They claimed it was meant to serve 4 people. The food was overly salty, the tomato soup tasted like it came straight from a can, and the fish portion was tiny — yet we were charged as if it weighed half a kilo. Never again. A complete rip-off. When we raised our concerns, the waiter just shrugged and said, “That’s how we are.” I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Wir sind jedes Jahr mindestens 1x hier. Dieses Jahr war es Besonders. Ein super Service, das war ausgezeichnet und mehr als 5 Sterne wert. Das Essen traumhaft, das Ambiente unglaublich. Freuen uns schon aufs nächste Jahr. Vielen Dank für wunderschöne Abende. JJ

Das Essen war super und das Ambiente auch und der Service vom Kellner Harris war perfekt. Klar hatte das Ganze seinen Preis, vor allem der Fisch, aber das war es Wert, der Fisch war mit der Beste den wir je gegessen haben.

Waren schon 2 mal in Fabro , sehr nett romantisch direkt am Meer. Coletti Wein aus Kroatien habe ich hier erstmal gefunden. Gute Meeres Früchte und fische Auswahl. Besonders gut getrudelt Carpacco. In vergleich zu andere lokale ist Spur teurer

Our stop at this beautiful restaurant was one of the highlights of our sailing turn !!! Outstanding service from mister Haris - more than perfect !! And the quality of the chef was also perfect, everything on point ! Hope to come back soon ❤️ it’s worth to enjoy it again…..
