Es ist das Beste Eis in ganz Zadar! Die Kugeln kosten wie in jeder Eisdiele hier 2,50€, sind dafür um einiges größer als in den anderen Eisdielen. Im Vergleich zu deutschen Eiskugeln, sind sie circa doppelt so groß. Auch die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und das Eis wird teilweise im Haus selbst gemacht. In unserem Urlaub waren wir hier jeden Tag. Ganz große Empfehlung !!!

We came with our big family especially to this ice cream seller. We have ordered 10*1 scoop. There was no (hot) coffee available (take it off the menu, if you do not offer coffee) and wanted to have our ice-cream outside (which we did). When we started eating our ice cream the waiter came & said we can only sit here for 5 minutes as we did not take the bigger ice served there. When I complained to the owner that this is not a client friendly behaviour, he started defending this way of treating clients. Luckily some other waiter just apologised. To the owner: If you treat your „small” clients like that - they will not come back. They will leave unhappy. Some may leave you a bad review… Why would we sit there longer than 5 minutes anyway? We eat and we go. We came to visit Zadar and not to sit. You could have asked us: „anything else?” when we finished - not saying with your finger pointing „you can stay only 5 minutes”. - and anyway we ate and left - we were there no longer than 5 minutes, but the fun we should have had with the ice cream was gone. As for the taste of ice cream - it is a matter of preference but for us it was too sweet.

Nothing good about this place, even though I came here hoping to get "the best ice cream in town". 1. Big hygiene issues. Man takes cash with bare hands, then holds the cone without a tissue/glove. In general, the store wasn't clean. 2. Service was not good. I would expect such Service at a cheap market, but not at a tourist place selling ice cream. 3. Ice cream was awful. We had several tastes and didn't like any of them. Too sweet and fatty (not in a good way), aftertaste felt like it wasn't made with real milk, but with some kind of powder. And for the first time ever - I could not finish the ice cream. That's how bad it was! We had a cheap ice cream at a supermarket later the next day, and it tasted much better...

Nažalost, moje iskustvo u ovoj slastičarnici bilo je krajnje neugodno. Osoblje se ponašalo iznimno neprofesionalno – umjesto osnovne pristojnosti, svjedočila sam otvorenom izrugivanju i sprdanju s gostima. Takvo ponašanje je neprihvatljivo i ostavlja vrlo loš dojam, bez obzira na ponudu ili ambijent. Ne bih preporučila nikome tko cijeni dostojanstven i ugodan odnos prema gostima. Unfortunately, my experience at this patisserie was extremely unpleasant. The staff behaved in an exceptionally unprofessional manner – instead of basic courtesy, I witnessed open mockery and ridicule of the guests. Such behavior is unacceptable and leaves a very poor impression, regardless of the menu or ambiance. I would not recommend this place to anyone who values respectful and pleasant treatment of guests.
