Ako ste u Drveniku, obavezno posjetite restoran Bukara (Konoba Bukara) – pravi je dragulj na Jadranu! Poslužuju iznimno svježu hranu koja ima okus bakine – jednostavnu, ali sa srcem i najkvalitetnijim sastojcima. Domaći kruh pečen na licu mjesta je jednostavno fenomenalan – hrskav izvana, mekan iznutra i savršen za njihovo aromatično maslinovo ulje, koje također sami proizvode! Najviše me se dojmila svježa riba – pripremljena savršeno, čuvajući okus mora i bez nepotrebnih dodataka. Fantastic fish plate. 4 different fish, calamari, scampi, and mussels, accompanied with mixed grilled vegetables. House red was good, maybe a little bit on the warm side. It's pricier than other places in both Drvenik, but it is justified by quality. Due to a birthday celebration that took place on the outside terrace, we had to sit inside, and it was quite hot. Would definitely come back.

Vorab, vor der Erweiterung des Außenreiches fand ich es charmanter, gar romantischer. Aber das tut der Location keinen Abbruch. Es ist und bleibt toll. Das Essen ist mega-lecker, der Service freundlich und sehr professionell. Dieses mal haben wir uns beide für die Dorade (Goldbrasse) entschieden. Wie immer vorzüglich. Ich kann es jedem nur ans Herz legen. ♥️

Очень атмосферное место с 40 летней историей. Владелец был моряком, которому уже 90 лет. В нутри очень много предметов касающихся моря. Всегда свежие морепродукты!
