Restaurant without rest rooms. If you need to wash your hands before eating or use the rest room after all drinks you need to go to the petrol station nearby. You need to pay there for using rest room at petrol station. In Croatia you can usually use the rest room bills to pay goods. So you are not really paying for using rest room. But that bills are not accepted in McDonald's. I do u understand that owner is afraid that people that are not restaurant guests will abuse restaurant rest rooms. But the solution simply do not have rest rooms is stupid. The restaurants in the city centres have the same issue. They applied range solutions to guard their interest while preserving hospitality to their paying guests. Why here is used such stupid approach? I was curious so I asked employees if i can speak with the manager. Manager rejected to speak to me. I think that really demonstrates well the respect the owner has toward the clients. I am really surprised that mcdonnalds chain accepted this into their chain. What message the McDonald is sending to its clients?
