Kleine Mac in een mega groot winkelcentrum in Split. Lange wachtrijen en wachtijden, er komen te snel te veel bestellingen binnen die ze ze simpelweg niet snel kunnen wegwerken. Geen leuke sfeer puur omdat iedereen te lang moet wachten op het eten.

Extremely disappointing experience at McDonald’s in Split. I ordered an orange juice, but what I got was basically water with a tiny hint of juice. It tasted like plain water with ice — completely unacceptable for something I’m paying for. When I brought this up to the manager, hoping for some sort of resolution, he just laughed and dismissed my complaint. He told me there’s nothing he could do because “that’s how the machine is set up” to fill the cups. No apology, no replacement, nothing. Just a shrug and a smirk. Terrible service and even worse attitude. Avoid this place if you expect even the most basic level of customer care.
