This was my first Burek when visiting Ljubljana and it will be tough to beat. I had the minced meat and it was so delicious. Very greasy and the perfect hangover cure. Accompanied by a yogurt drink which wasn't too sweet and a must try. Very affordable for €4.50.

Indispensable en Liubliana. Abren las 24 horas todos los días, volviéndolo una gran opción para los españoles que no nos adaptamos al horario de comidas europeo. Por 3 euros tienes un cuarto de burek, el cual con 1 cuarto y medio deberías estar lleno. Recomiendo el de queso y el de pizza. Si no te gusta la comida excesivamente grasa puede que este lugar no sea el tuyo, si por el contrario no le haces ascos a nada, Burek Olimpija va a ser una de tus mejores experiencias de "street food" en Eslovenia.

Best burek in town! Freshly made, super flaky pastry and delicious filling. Would recommend the meat burek with yoghurt drink - classic combination. Great prices too (3€ per burek)!

Ich war enttäuscht von Burek Olimpja. Ich wollte einen Burek mit Kartoffel oder Spinat, aber sie hatten nur Apfel, Käse und Pizza. Die sonstige Auswahl war nicht vorhanden. Die Bureks, die ich probiert habe, waren zwar lecker, aber sehr fettig und schwer. Das Personal war nicht sehr auskunftsbereit und kaum ansprechbar. Zudem wurde im Laden direkt neben den Lebensmitteln geraucht. Der Burek-Laden wird seiner Bewertung nicht gerecht. Ich gebe Burek Olimpja zwei Sterne und hoffe, dass sie ihr Angebot verbessern.

I've had a lot of Burek in my time as I have Turkish family. This one was hugely disappointing as most of the filling looked/tasted like raw pastry?! I'm not sure if we had a bad batch, but based on our experience I wouldn't recommend sadly :(
