Walked there to have a drink in the afternoon and check the situation. Wearing shirt and no bathing closes as i planned to walk into a restaurant. Asked if we can drink something (at 15:00 in the afternoon ). Answer was - NO. Seems to be to busy and making too much money there. I will not give any try anymore. Buy the way planned to spend some nice evening there and pay the usual 200 EUR plus in the Croatian restaurants. So had a nice afternoon meal in the restaurant opposite (Pipo) with good and friendly service, good food. Sorry Rojen owner - how can you send away a customer who just wants to have an afternoon drink and most of the tables are available? Good luck and keep on going like this.

Wir kommen schon seit Jahren zu Rojen und auch dieses Jahr wieder alles prima. Boje vorher reservieren klappt super und beim Anlegen wird geholfen. Essen und Service sehr gut. Immer wieder ein toller Abend bei Rojen. 😎

Great Bay, very friendly and super helpful marinero, phone reservation was friendly too, food was good but not excellent for the steep price. Would have given more stars but our waiter was absolutely unfriendly and annoying ("espresso, cappuccino,..." joker)

Veličanstveno! Prekrasan restoran u vlasništvu obitelji koja gostima nudi sve iz svog vrta ili ulova istog dana iz mora. Naše veliko društvo imalo je različite želje i svi su prezadovoljni. Jako su velike porcije i usluga je izvrsna, nenametljiva i brižna. Svakako probati povrće, ribu, škampei domaće rakije. Jednom kad vidite i probate, uvijek ćete se vraćati. Pogled prema uvali dodatno pojačava dojam. Preporuka svima koji znaju cijeniti finu hranu pripravljenu s puno ljubavi i truda. Obavezno posjetiti ako želite uživati.

I just would like to say that we experienced already second time this season excellent home made quality food, something what is really hard to find anymore in Croatia this days. My compliments to the restaurant Rojen Rade!

I’ve seen other reviews which say the service is terrible — our experience was the COMPLETE OPPOSITE. We’ve been welcomed by friendly staff who were ready to accommodate all our requests, e.g., seating in the shade, armchair, etc. You could see this is a family business and that they really care for it. The best part was the food — we had octopus under peka, local specialty which you have to orders a few hours in advance (we went swimming while waiting for it to be prepared). I’ve tried octopus under peka before, but this was BY FAR the best I’ve ever had. As for the atmosphere you are located in a secluded and peaceful bay, surrounded by trees — pure serenity. The entire experience was a 10/10, couldn’t recommend it enough!

Napravili smo rezervaciju nekoliko sati prije, na to su nam rekli da ce biti mjesta, medjutim kada smo dosli svi stolovi u hladu su bili popunjeni ili rezervirani za velike grupe ljudi te su nam ponudili stol na suncu bez previse pokusaja da se ispravi pogreska. Hrana je mozda dobra ali mi nazalost nismo stigli do nje. Tako da ovaj put od nas vrlo negativna recenzija.
