Great seller, I strongly recommend. Their customer service is excellent. If you are buying from the US like me, here are few things you should know. They ship very fast. I placed the order on July 25th and received it on July 30th. I didn't select the expedited shipping option. The handling of the product in the transit was not great but their customer service team resolved the issue. If you order directly from their website and use services like paypal you may save few dollars during conversion from euro to USD compared to buying from other websites. Thank you team 👍

I get a broken chess board and the pieces that i get are really different than picture. I get a mix of different sets of pieces. They only offer me refound of 20€. We could not return the order, they do not refound my money back and they do not answer the emails. Really bad customer experience, really unfear. Now is the 5th week without answer. Do not buy in this website.
