Ancak bölgede bulunan kırk beş, elli yaşlarında bir evsiz abi bize yardımcı oldu ve kilise hakkında genel bilgiler verdi. Para vs istemedi sadece inandığınımız dinden kendisi için dua istedi. İçeri giriş ücretsiz. Avizelere dikkat edin. Söylediğine göre savaşta kullanılan mermilerle yapılmış. Kalemegdan’a gitmişken uğrayabilirsiniz.

While the church is a historical treasure and a truly lovely sight, those things are really just a backdrop to the real value of this church, which is the spiritual and personal quality of the clergy who serve there. We had the honor to have our wedding here and the priest through his inspired service managed to get our foreigner guest who didn't speak our language and who had never been to an orthodox church before and knew nothing about it, to leave with nothing but respect and admiration for the way the holy sacrament was administered and for the Church itself. They truly went above and beyond, and we're eternally grateful to them.
