The irony is particularly striking given that the insurance quote questionnaire includes a question about smoking, where answering “yes” increases the premium. In effect, you have made me a passive smoker against my will. 2. Aggressive Upselling – The insistence on additional services felt excessive, bordering on intrusive. Recommendation: Proceed with caution.
