Slučajno zaboravila dva artikla na samonaplatnoj blagajni navečer pred zatvaranje. Ujutro sam kontaktirala Službu za kupce koja je sve uspješno riješila. Artikli su bili spremljeni i čekali da dođem po njih. Jako ljubazni djelatnici u trgovini Konzum u Dalmare centru te u Službi za kupce. Svaka čast na trudu i na razumijevanju!

Over the years I had some unpleasant experiences in this supermarket. Mislabeled products, rotten vegetables, shop assistants running away from me when they saw I was calling them for help, and let's not forget the infamous rude old biddy in the first check out stand😁 on the right, etc. A couple of good moments as well, but only a few and far in between... Well, yesterday I wanted to buy their grilled chicken. The price tag on the counter said €5.35 or something like that. So I ordered one, the assistant put the chicken on the weight, put it in the bag. I took the bag and saw the price was around 6.50. So I checked the price tag again on the counter and it did say 5.35 per piece! I told the shop assistant the chicken should have been 5.35 a piece and pointed to the price on the counter. She just shrugged her shoulders, didn't say anything, and ignored me. So I handed the chicken back and walked away. In general, Croatian run supermarkets are awful and uncivilized!
