I run a travel company focusing on design, art & architecture called aēsplore. We have done a brunch cooking experience with Kornelija at Poje recently during our Art & Architecture Hvar Experience. Our guests absolutely loved it. It starts with the warm hospitality from Kornelija - she is a gem! The food was just delicious and the setting how Poje is designed is just on point. It was the perfect fit for our design experience. I highly recommend it if you are looking for something unique and outstanding. Also - book directly on their website to support them.

We were warmly welcomed by the lovely Kornelija at her beautiful field under UNESCO heritage, where she introduced us to her homemade liqueurs and brandies, shared secret family recipes, and cooked delicious meals for us. Her inspiring energy and hospitality made the whole experience truly special. After a few joyful hours, we left full, a little tipsy, and carrying zucchinis from her garden and fresh lavender. :-) A truly wonderful and authentic experience, highly recommended to anyone visiting Hvar!

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience at Poje Hvar! Every detail was take care of. We were celebrating 2 birthdays in our group and the host even made an olive oil birthday cake for us! If you want to experience an AUTHENTIC (not “touristy”) Croatian meal and ambiance, book this adventure immediately!

Poje Hvar was an amazing one of a kind experience! Kornelija is so knowledgeable and helped guide us through an amazing dinner experience including appetizers, drinks, and a meal. In addition, the property is so beautiful and a great place to enjoy the sunset! You will need a car to access this experience.

I was here yesterday with my clients and all I can say is…WOW. After 7 years of sailing and visiting all of Croatian islands I thought nothing can surprise me anymore. Well…this have! Kornelia, thank you thank you thank you. It was such an amazing experiece for us! Ambient and food and you, everything is 10+ . Good job!!❤️
