Iako su imali prazne stolove, nisu nas htjeli posluziti, jer su rekli da nemaju mjesta za nas. Mislili smo da su im prazni stolovi ispred rezervirani pa smo otisli na drugo mjesto. Kad smo cetrdesetak minuta kasnije ponovno prosetali ispred konobe stolovi su i dalje bili prazni, a i novi su se oslobodili. Razocaravajuce iskustvo.

Incidentally bumped into this lovely family restaurant when we came back from Dubrovnik to Splint, the waiter was very friendly and the food was really out of this world, at a budget!! The tuna steak was a must eat! They even offered us homemade spirits to start with, and some fruit and desserts to end the meal. Definitely recommend! There are cats hanging around the seat, you might not want to come if you don’t like cats, but we love them a lot

We stumbled on this place on our way home from a day trip because it had such great reviews. This was the best food we ate during our week in Croatia. The atmosphere was lovely in Opuzen with very few tourists. This family run restaurant was top notch for service, friendliness, atmosphere and delicious seafood. Our server was the son of the chefs and he was so attentive and friendly and recommended a fish platter that our family of 5 could share which included vegetables from their own garden and it was amazing. We had a chance to chat with the family before we left and they shared a little about the history of Opuzen. Overall it was a great hidden gem that was a highlight of our vacation. 🇨🇦

We spent two separate evenings here - our first and last evenings in Opuzen. Rustical and friendly service - excellent food quality. Dog friendly - great location next to the church and watching passersby in this quaint village.

A family restaurant with an amazing service and atmosphere! In a small village without tourists. You feel so welcome and more important; the food is the best! Small menu, brilliant local Croatian food. Even the plates were beautiful 🙃 and the white wine is the best we tried so far in Croatia. We took 2 bottles home!

A wonderful family-run restaurant in Opuzen, Croatia. The parents and their son cooked the food right in front of us — everything was absolutely delicious! As a lovely surprise, they offered our daughter a complimentary dessert: sour cherries and traditional sweet cookies, which were simply amazing. We really enjoyed the warm and friendly atmosphere, and the interaction with the family made the experience even more special. Right in front of the restaurant, you’ll find the famous stone bench that entered the Guinness World Records — the longest bench made from a single piece of stone. The entire place is charming, and we truly loved every moment spent here.
