Incredible museum, a lot of information about videogames and how they were made! The best part was the plethora of retro games you could try out and play, even if most of them are very hard. Maybe thats just my fault tho lol

It's a very nice museum if you're a fan of any kind of video games. We were there for almost 2 hours just watching and playing games. Very well documented history as far as I know and a good collection. Would like to see more of the new generation. Also it could be a nice hub for social parties and stuff like that to bring people together. 😃😃

Awesome place in Zagreb with a lot of nostalgia if you like video games. Tons of old school games, a lot of playable arcades and it's in English as well! Staff is also really cool, Filip and I crossed paths a few times in the museum and we talked about some old games and he explained me a bit about some consoles and other stuff in the museum. A must visit if you love games and are in Zagreb!

Apsolutno HIT mjesto. Doslovno najbolji muzej koji sam vidjela u Zagrebu. Toliko je sve detaljno i prekrasno. Mislim da čak i osobama koji nisu fanovi nekih posebnih igrica ovo mjesto može biti savršeno jer će doživjeti nešto novo. Posebno bih naglasila da dio u kojem sami možete igrati je to die for. A i cijeli muzej je jako Instagramable ❤️. Vidimo se opet uskoro!

If you're in doubt whether to go in and explore it just do it. Once you do enter, you will loose yourself exploring the museum. Be prepared to spend hours in there. The collection shows the evolution of computers, consoles, video games and arcades throughout the decades. There are also many playable arcade and console games from various decades. It's a trip down memory lane seeing some of my favorite games on display. The museum is a must see if you're a gamer, hardcore one or not. We left with big smiles on our faces and will definitely return when we visit Zagreb again.

First off to say, this Museum is much larger then one would expect from the pictures here! It spans two full large floors split into decades (one dedicated up to the end of the 1980s, the other 1990s and early 2000s) and a smaller "archive" (extra items they couldn't fit!) at the attic. This Museum is incredible for anyone who loves video games (who doesn't?), but is so much deeper experience for us older gamers - it has transported me back to my 80/90s childhood in ways I couldn't have imagined... seeing so many familiar games, but also learning a lot of new things I never knew before (like the 1958 replica of the first "game" ever made - on an Oscilloscope?!). Thanks to helpful historical timelines providing context to everything, you do not feel overwhelemed despite the fact the amount of stuff in the Museum is mind-bending, from the earliest electronic devices and arcades to PCs and consoles, with a large number of hardware, and of course hundreds of game boxes on display all explained by loads of text providing context and displays showing what the games looked like... and of course the most important stuff: so much playable games at every turn, from genuine ancient Arcade machines and replicas that duplicate the experience to relics of gaming, one does not want to leave after entering. Will be sure to come back to wake up my childhood again!

It was absolutely amazing. Gave a very nostalgic feeling like, to see so many games I used to play. It's also very cool you can play games there. The experience was very entertaining!

We spent over 2 hours here without even noticing. Such an amazing trip idea for all video game lovers. You get to read about and see different kinds of computers and gaming consoles from 70s onwards as you swerve through a maze of rooms on multiple floors of the museum. But the best part of it all is that you can also play different games on a number of these old consoles placed across the museum. I can't even express how giddy we were walking though this place filled with nostalgia. There weren't a lot of people around when we were there so we could go back to a bunch of the arcade games and play as much as we wanted to. This one's a definite recommendation for anyone who likes video games and especially for anyone who grew up during the 80s and 90s. Such a great trip down memory lane—we were all smiles when we left.

This place is a time machine disguised as a museum. An absolute whirlwind of nostalgia with a perfectly curated and impressive collection of iconic, consoles, games and arcades. We lost track of three hours in the blink of an eye. Whether you're a seasoned gamer or just curious, you will have an amazing time. Don't hesitate—just go. A perfect 10/10.

Muzej je poslagan kronoloski, s lentama vremena, rekonstrukcijama soba igraca igrica, mnostvom izvornih predmeta, arkada, konzola, mogucnoscu igranja starih igrica. Između povratka u proslost i video igraonice. Za velike i male, obiđe se u 1h30.

BEST Video Game Museum Ever! Me and my son are all 🤩🤩🤩 There is everything from the start to the 2000s. Lots of games you can play, really well made Displays, you could spend hours. I could probably stay from opening to closing without getting bored. But there is a train to catch. We'll be back 👍
