This hotel in Tirana, Albania, is a gem. The rooms are very comfortable. It is on a quiet street not far from the main square. However the biggest draw for me were the staff. Every single one was delightful, friendly, excellent English, helpful with suggestions. They could not do enough and it felt from the heart. It was hard to leave after 5 nights.
