It is a good restaurant but in my opinion it’s overpriced. For example the goat dish that I ordered consisted mostly out of bones. There was hardly any meat on it and I payed 48€ for this. Maybe my expectations were too high. Service and location was very good though.

Always a perfect experience! The only place we choose to return to every time we are in the area. One of the very few restaurants today that actually cares about every single ingredient on the plate, and it is so easy to note this in every bite!

FANTASTIC restaurant! We went for dinner two nights in a row and we were in awe of everything we ordered. From famous Croatian liquors (Terranino is a must try!), and amazing Dalmatian wines, to dishes like Pasticada, Lamb ragu, pasta with fresh truffles, and Lamb ribs - it was difficult to say what was the best... For the second night we preordered the special chicken - and it was fair to say it was mind-blowing! The family that runs the restaurant is so great at what they do. Incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly service. And the absolute best view from the terrace! Nothing more a guest could ask for! :)

This was the most authentic and lovely dinner we had during our time in Croatia. It is beautiful seeing the owners so passionate about what they do and the dishes they create. The fig and olive dessert was the most unique I have ever had. I highly recommend dining here.

Food was good but in our opinion very overpriced. A decent menu but not extensive. We booked a table but when seated it wasn’t made up and wasn’t until we received our starter. Everyone else had cutlery, glasses and nice lights except for us. We felt a little awkward. Service was on the whole slow. The staff are friendly. A good atmosphere and beautiful view.

My fiancée and I, fresh off three weeks of savoring Italy’s finest, found ourselves at Veranda four out of five nights, only missing the fifth because our excursions kept us out past closing. This isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a living, breathing testament to family, with husband, wife, mother-in-law, brother, and cousin pouring their hearts into every detail. On our first night, Mirko didn’t just serve us—he took us on a journey, weaving stories of each dish and the restaurant’s soul with a passion that’s impossible to fake. The truffle pasta? It outshone every plate we tasted in Italy, a bold statement my fiancée and I stand by without hesitation. At Veranda, pride in craft radiates from every corner, every bite an experience that lingers like a warm memory. To Mirko, Maja, Luka, Evo, and Tin—thank you for opening your family to us, for making us feel like kin. We’re already counting the days until we return to Croatia, not just for the food—though each dish is a revelation—but to see you all again, because you’ve become family in the truest sense.

Amazing resto! Delicious food, wine, dessert and view! We had the famous pasta with truffles, surprisingly light and my husbands had the lamb with cheese raviolis, very nice. We enjoyed a perfect red wine: Dingac 2020 vinogorje Peljesac 4,5 stars, not too heavy, but a not light. Dessert was athe cheesecake with shavings of truffles, wow!
