Best restaurant in Hvar! I’m very picky about where I eat and this checked all the boxes. Staff was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. Food came very quick, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend the octopus carpaccio, one of the best starters i have ever had. Will be recommending and coming back!

Ich möchte mich herzlich für den herausragenden Service bedanken – so etwas habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Das gesamte Team war durchweg authentisch, freundlich und aufmerksam. Allein wegen dieses großartigen Services würde ich jederzeit wiederkommen. Auch das Essen war ausgesprochen lecker. Besonders charmant: Nach fast jeder Runde gab es einen Likör aufs Haus – eine liebevolle Geste, die in Erinnerung bleibt. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Restaurant wärmstens empfehlen – ein rundum gelungener Besuch! ✨🍀

The service was incredible. We ordered the octopus carpaccio, the gnocchi Dalmatino and the gnocchi Gorgonzola and all were excellent. The serving sizes are generous. You get 3 complimentary specialty drinks over the course of your meal. You also get a complimentary polenta slice and bread before your food comes out.

I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. Both my husband and I agreed it was the most enjoyable dining experience of our lives. The service was incredible - the waiters all go out of their way to check in on you & honestly make you feel so special. They bring you extra courses and drinks just for being there. The food was absolutely amazing - truffle gnocchi was the best gnocchi dish we’ve had & whitefish was delicious. Erik and the rest of the staff were incredible - plus the great ambiance, food & the experience, can’t recommend enough!

Wow, what a wonderful restaurant! We went on our last night in Hvar and safe to say we saved the best for last. We ordered the traditional Pasticada and the Brodetto fish, both delicious! I’d also like to especially mention the attentive and amazing service we received from all the staff, particularly our waiter Toni. It was my husband’s birthday and we felt very special. There is no other way to describe Dalmatino other than phenomenal. Deep flavours, amazing seasoning. But somehow, despite the food being the best we’ve had this trip, the service somehow still managed to be the most amazing part of the evening. Complimentary drinks, story-telling, great recommendations, attention to detail and friendly enthusiasm. The food combined with the service led to one of the best restaurant experiences of our lives.
