Expected delivery to customer yesterday. As of today, still nothing! Checked tracking number and information says "exceeds maximum weight" yet this very package has already been successfully processed by two other UPS depots and an identical package was delivered via UPS to another customer. Yes, it's heavy at 64kg but that's why we book the delivery at 65kg!

Still not recieved my emma mattress, having spoke to 3 people from call centres and four people from the depot ! Still no mattress. , they havent even attempted delivery despite my spp saying theyve tried , wasted days waiting for it and staying up after nightshifts for it still not turn up

Great service. We have used fedex in the past but UPS are far more efficient. Lee always brings our parcels on time

Absolutely useless parcel is 3 days overdue. They claim that delivery was attempted, it wasn’t. Now they keep going on about needing some sort of security access, they don’t. There is no where to ask on their tracking what they are on about. Generally a very poor service. Only bright point was the lady i spent 45 minutes speaking with at their customer service last night, was pleasant, but it doesn’t appear to have made any difference to the poor service on the ground. DO NOT USE UPS

I had an email on 28 December to say my parcel was delivered on the 22 December but whoever answered the door refused to sign for the parcel so they are returning to sender. I'm sorry, why would I order something from overseas and then refuse it? Nobody tried to deliver anything, and why would it take 6 days to send an email. I contacted ups to say no way was it delivered and that it needs re delivery and not to return to Italy, I contacted them again on 6 January and the parcel is in Italy . Deeside ups you are a disgrace and if I don't receive that parcel within 7 days I'll be taking this matter a lot further. Before you reply with "sorry to hear this please private msg us" No give me a contacts number for the depot not a call centre in Delhi.

Shocking apparently my parcel, was involved in a vehicle fire, Ups have still not contacted the seller to tell them the outcome of the accident, so can resend a new package over 2 weeks ago, having another parcel delivered with a scheduled delivery date of today, looking at the updates delayed by one business day…..very poor service

So I took a day off work to wait in for my delivery as it needs to be signed for by an adult UPS stated delivery between the hrs of 8am -7pm 🙄 and surprise surprise No delivery NOTHING! Looked on the tracker delayed 1 business day apparently so here I am another day off work waiting. Zero updates on their tracker I really don't know why people pay good money to use this company. If there was an option for minus stars that's what I'd give UPS.

Don't send your parcels from here. They don't scan them in and don't give you anything in relation to a receipt for proof you've given them a parcel to send off. Contact UPS and they're just as awful.

Was expecting 4 parcels today 3 out of 4 arrived driver informed me that they had taken 15 deliveries of him today and it must of been one of the parcels. On the tracker it says it out for delivery but don't trust it. I think the transport planner has messed up.When I called to see what's happening they arnt much use

UPS driver attempted to deliver parcel to authorised UPS drop-off /pick up point. Delivery failed as shop not open. Customer service based in Philippines, very unhelpful.

Parcel collected on Friday, 16/09 at 8:30 am only left Deeside warehouse on Tue, 20/09 before 8pm! Why? I understand Bank Holiday Monday, but why this parcel hasn’t left on Friday?!. It meant to be delivered in Thur, 22/09 as a B’day gift! That’s why it was sent last week! Why it was stuck 4 days in your warehouse? I chosen your business because last year Parcel Force was delayed. Turned out you charge nearly twice as much and still cannot deliver on time. Very disappointing!

Ok so we had an issue with our delivery so we had to collect from the depot. On arrival I spoke to a very polite and helpful women and explained that we had waited in all day for our delivery which never came despite being due between 8:30 and 11am. Our item was a Emma mattress which was incredibly important because my wife had just had an operation and needed to be comfortable. The women I spoke with was very understanding and went out of her way to ensure our mattress was taken off the van, with the help of a top guy, and collected by us. I can't fault the staff at the depot, thank you for all the help!

Ups said, the driver was two times in front of my house, when I checked my camera, nobody was there. After second time I had to go for my parcel to depot and asked them if their drivers are invisible. Very bad service. Do not use that if you do not need it.

I have waited in three times now for a package, only to get a message that the driver needs a security code to access my house. I just live in a normal house on a street with no access code requirements, so no idea why they cannot deliver. Am going to have to wait in for fourth day now. Very bad service, not recommended. Follow-up. On the fourth attempt the package finally arrived but the contents were badly damaged. Think carefully before sending anything of value with UPS.
