Very bad experience. I bought a coat on December 5th and two days later I received it at home. Until then, everything was right. Since I had got the size wrong, I returned the coat by UPS and ordered a new one. That was one week ago and I still don't know anything about the new purchase or the return. They do not answer emails or messages through their social networks. Customer service is ZERO. I hope this will be resolved in a short period of time because if not, a I will have to claim by other legal ways.

Ils ignorent les clients, ne décrochent pas le téléphone, ne respectent pas les commandes et j'ai perdu mon manteau. J'ai commandé un manteau en magasin physique : il y avait ma taille. Presque deux semaines s'écoulent et ils ne me disent rien. J'appelle plusieurs fois et l'appel est déconnecté instantanément. Je dois retourner au magasin pour demander. Ils ne savent rien, ils me disent qu'ils vont commander le manteau à nouveau, mais ma taille est déjà épuisée ! Ils me disent qu'ils m'appelleront le lendemain. Et évidemment rien,,, À qui ont-ils vendu mon manteau ? A fuir.

Ho fatto un reso con etichetta UPS prepagata. Peccato che loro siano chiusi e non lo possano ricevere. Ora siamo al terzo tentativo di consegna dopodichè non si capisce cosa succeda al mio pacco. Alle mail rispondono dopo giorni Pessimo servizio. Sconsigliatissimo.
