La ditta Japiano ha acquistato il pianoforte dei miei genitori. Elia, il ragazzo con il quale mi sono interfacciata per la vendita, è stato molto disponibile, puntuale e estremamente chiaro e corretto in tutte le fasi della trattativa. Gli operai della ditta sono venuti in a ritirare il pianoforte presso casa nostra abitazione (centro Italia) con estrema gentilezza, puntualità e velocità il giorno e l’orario pattuiti. One of the best piano stores in Europe! We were just visiting in town and we decided to drop by. At home we have a Kawai but we thought we give other brands/models a try. The owner was really really welcoming and nice, even though we were not gonna buy a piano. He offered coffee and let us try the various models! The piano selection is absolutely HUGE, from small digital ones, to all the upright pianos and 10 ft concert grand. Highly highly recommended!
