The camping experience provided consists of a metal box crammed with some beds. Fair enough, it sets it apart from staying in a hotel and it’s what we signed up for. But the 250 euro/night is a total rip off and quite abusive. The breakfast is not included, an extra 10 euros. It is another opportunity to extract money indiscriminately from the guests. It is the poorest most uninspiring breakfast I have ever seen. A few supermarket sausages, some scrambled eggs badly done and some breads. The coffee machine was broken. So we got coffee from their “premium” machine and were charged extra for it!! So we paid for a bad breakfast that should have been included in the elevated price of the experience, and even had to pay extra for the coffee. They must have quite a lot of practice insulting their guests.

The room was smaller than I would expect for the 250 euro/night charged. I understand this is not meant to be a hotel room and instead a camping experience, but from the moment you arrive, you realise that everything is designed to extract as much money from guests as possible. Despite the high price for the room, nothing but the room is included in the price. The breakfast is the poorest, most uninspiring that I have ever experienced, with very little choice. This poor breakfast should have been included in the price, but no, this was an opportunity to get an extra 10 euros per guest. The coffee machine was broken, so we were served from the premium machine but informed we would be charged for it on top of the 10 euros! We complained to reception and the extra coffee charged was cancelled, but it’s just not pleasant having to deal with this. Every single of the kids activities are for an extra fee, giving you the sense that what you paid for is access to a shopping mall but anything inside is extra. The staff is nice but you can tell they share the view that the place is over charging and underinvesting. My advice to the management: do not treat your guests as a cash machine. Once a guest pays for their stay, they do not want to feel like financial decisions follow them throughout the stay. Either stop charging for that breakfast or be willing to make it much nicer. It is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. There is no wifi in our room as advertised. In the long run, trying to extract as much profit as possible per guest is not necessarily a good business practice. I will not be a repeat customer and I doubt many are.

Attention si vous êtes Français ne vous fiez pas à l'accueil et demandez le prix avant de prendre possession d'un bungalow. j'ai voulu faire confiance et payer en partant on m'a demandé 160€ par nuit pour deux. un hôtel trois étoiles m'aurait couté moins cher.

Neurejeno, umazano, žal nam je, ker nismo upoštevali priporočila, da naj gremo v kamp Lovšin v Križevski vasi, vendar nas je v ta kraj vlekel prijeten spomin izpred vsaj 10 let. A zdaj je vse drugače. Z gosti delajo bolj kot z živalmi. Gospod šef, baje direktor hotela v Metliki... Žal nas ne boste videli več... pojdite malo po slovenskih hotelih in kampih tudi v svoji okolici ter se razglejte naokoli, kaj pomeni turizem, udobje, počitnice.

Precej mešani občutki, žal je slabih več. Cena za dva v šotoru brez elektrike in brez parcele 46 eur, za moj okus preveč. Računali so mi parkiranje avtomobila ob šotoru!? Tople vode prvi večer ni bilo (verjetno se je pač porabila), ampak ni je bilo niti zjutraj. Pijančevanje in glasna glasba tudi po 23h, ko je 'zapovedan' nočni mir. Sanitarije zadovoljivo čiste, osebje prijazno, lepa narava, voda super za kopanje. Ampak to enostavno ni dovolj. Obupno veliko komarjev (ne vpliva na oceno).
