I’ve been coming to Bellini in Zaton for 9 out of the 10 days I’ve been here. The staff are generally pleasant, probably the friendliest on the resort, and I’ve been a customer all week. However, today left a really bad impression. I ordered exactly what I’ve been getting every day: an iced latte with caramel (€3.20), along with a pancake and a waffle for my two kids (€6 each). That should’ve totaled €15.20. The waiter told me it was €19.50, which already seemed off, but I tapped to pay anyway. Then I noticed on my bank notification that I was actually charged €20. I called the waiter over, and he explained that I was charged as if I’d ordered a frappe instead of an iced latte.. a drink I’ve never ordered and which costs €6. This didn’t make sense, especially since I’ve been charged €3.20 for the same drink every other day. What made it worse was that he didn’t seem to acknowledge the discrepancy or care that I’ve been a regular customer. He eventually apologized and refunded €2, but the whole experience left a sour taste on my last day. It really feels like prices are made up on the spot, or at least not consistently applied. A disappointing end to what had otherwise been a nice run of visits. I’d just say just double-check your bill, because they might “round up” without explanation.

Consistently decent service—fast and professional staff every time I visit. A great recent addition is the breakfast menu, which is a thoughtful touch, especially for guests waiting in the long queues at the nearby reception. And of course, it remains a fantastic spot for ice cream as well. A reliable and convenient place overall!

Gegenüber der Rezeption gelegen, ist überdacht. Gehobene Preise: Tee 3,20 €, Kakao 3,10 €, schlechter Cappuccino aus der Maschine 2,80 €, Spaghettieis 9 €, Nutellacrêpe 6 €, Aperol Spritz 9 €. Habe nur ein Getränk bestellt, bis jemand kam und es geliefert wurde, dauerte es 15 Minuten.

Schönes Lokal. Essen ist gut. Leider schließt die Eisdiele sehr früh und auch manchmal direkt vor der Nase. Unser letzter Abend im Resort endet leider ohne Eis😢
