Caffe&Factory is a great concept, and I always enjoy an excellent, creamy cappuccino here—especially when it’s prepared by Đole, actor Deki, or someone who has been working here for a longer time. I regularly visit locations 1, 8, and 2. I also buy Turkish coffee for the office and often pick up 250g or 500g as a gift. There are many wonderful young people working in this chain, but unfortunately, there are also a few who don’t deserve to be here, as they lack proper customer service skills and don’t seem to care about the guests. This is just my personal perspective.

Stopped by "Cafe & Factory2" during a snowy afternoon and enjoyed a perfectly bold Americano. The cozy space was a welcome escape from the cold, and their team was warm, efficient, and genuinely kind. It felt like the perfect spot to hunker down with a great cup of coffee and good vibes - especially when you have laptop & books with you!!!
