U srcu prekrasnog akvatorija Župe dubrovačke smjestilo se mjesto Mlini i Villa Carmen sa pogledim na akvatorij i plažom odmah ispod objekta, nezaboravan odmor, toplo preporućam.
Helt fantastisk sted å være. Beliggenheten er perfekt med kort vei til stranda og nydelig utsikt over havet fra hotellet. Når vi ankom ble vi godt tatt imot å de var veldig hjelpsomme. Vi ble også anbefalt restauranten til en av søstrene som drev hotellet, og maten der var helt nydelig! Villa Carmen anbefales på det sterkeste.
We have been here for a week and wish we had come for longer. Our studio apartment at Villa Carmen was spacious and the view from the terrace is amazing! From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Doris has been a perfect and lovely host and everyone is very friendly. It has been very hot and having the pool to jump into has been an added bonus. We can especially recommend the Marinero restaurant and Vivadi boat trips around neighbouring islands. The whole area is lovely and we will definitely come back here and stay at Villa Carmen. We have had a wonderful time. Thank you to Doris and Victoria and their team.
Best spot to stay!! See proximity , pool super comfortable! Clean and tide. 15 min to Dubrovnik on the boat. Only one disadvantage- LOTS off steps upstarts. But after all that food- little exercise .

Αθλιοι ιδιοκτήτες. Το επισκεφτηκα το 2013 εκανα το λαθος να κλεισω μεσω booking. Μολις εφτασα οι τιμες σε ερωτηση αλλων συγκατοικων καμια σχεση σχεδον τα μισα. Ζητησα απο την ιδιοκτητρια να μειωσει την τιμή ή να μας αλλάξει δωμάτιο και μου έφερε "bodyguard" για εκφοβισμο. Καλεσα αστυνομια και την πρεσβεία και δηλωσα το συμβαν και μου επέστρεψε τα χρηματα. Το μοναδικο συγκρότημα κατοικιών με απαραδεκτη συμπεριφορα.
We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Carmen! The location is great, and the place is restful, clean, scenic, comfortable and the breakfast was varied and a good value. The owners are wonderful and answered all of our questions about the area. We would tell any friends to stay here instead of in Dubrovnik, and just take the boat service to town when desired.
Absolutely Perfect – A 10-Day Stay to Remember!||I’m on my last day from an amazing 10-day stay at Villa Carmen in Mlini, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The whole experience was flawless from start to finish. The apartment itself was spotless – super clean and beautifully maintained – with a fantastic pool that was perfect for relaxing.||Doris and Carmen were truly exceptional hosts. Nothing was too much trouble, and they went out of their way to make me feel welcome and looked after throughout my stay.||My room was spacious and comfortable, with a breathtaking view from the balcony – so stunning that I found myself spending most evenings out there just soaking it all in.||I also dined at their restaurant, Konoba Marinero and the meal was incredible – delicious food and excellent service in a lovely setting.||To top it all off, I used their water taxi service to visit both Cavtat and Dubrovnik – a brilliant way to travel, with the same friendly and professional service I experienced throughout my stay.||If you're thinking about staying here – do it. You won’t be disappointed!! I am extremely sad to be leaving this beautiful place.
