The Benz limo service is awful, we had to wait for them for 20 minutes, and we had a flight we were gonna be late for. Meanwhile, there were 2 empty Jaguar SUVs with drivers waiting for customer. But the bellman kept redirecting us to Benz limo, trying to convince us they are the better option. Disgusting and greedy, we were almost late to our flight...

An amazing hotel with an amazing stuff. From the beginning till the end I felt like royalty in this hotel. Maria at the front desk was very helpful in all of my requests so was Felipe as well as the butler Natasha. the atmosphere of the hotel, the breakfast, the bar everything is top-notch. I’ve stayed in a few Stregis and this one is in the top for sure as the St Regis in Venice

Every interaction with the staff was warm, meaningful, and never overwhelming — a perfect example of what quiet luxury should feel like. The team truly went above and beyond for our family, especially for our 16-month-old. We felt incredibly welcomed and cared for throughout. While we wish we could remember every name, special thanks to Dušan at the front desk, Nebojša at the coffee bar, and Vanja at breakfast — each of them made our experience even more memorable. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, the food outlets were exceptional, and both my wife and I loved the luxurious, peaceful spa. We didn’t want to leave — and in fact, we’ve already booked our next stay. This hotel is a gem, and the people who work here make it truly unforgettable. Highly recommend.
