The place is near the center 15min (just one street straight) but the owner is rude, never there and made us pay more than the expected by booking. Also when we wanted to use the washing machine she didn't allow us because other clients in the past used it wrongly. The door of the room is broken, the shower has no doors and the plugs didn't work. It could be a very nice place to stay but with work in it.

Unresponsive owners that did not open the door nor give us any alternative or option to check in. It was night and very close to the deadline for check-in (but still within limits). They lived next door and were clearly home and awake. They did not answer the phone, emails nor the Booking team's calls or emails. No message or apology was issued the following day, nor any other time for that matter. We were forced to look for another option at 2 AM since the Booking team was unable to find a suitable alternative.

Pro: zona tranquilla e silenziosa, a dieci minuti circa dal centro. Contro: pulizia un po' carente, numero di bagni ridotto per il numero di stanze.

Big room with a table and big bed. Has a shared kitchen but unfortunately there were guests that just put their used dishes in the sink without cleaning them. Would get a star more if the bathroom had a window to open or a ventilation, but according to the owner this will be done soon (new windows on top floor, also for the top bath). Only 20 minutes by feet from the three bridges
