La struttura non vale assolutamente i 100€ a notte pagati. Ne vale al massimo 70. ||Questo è il fattore principale che influenza il mio giudizio. ||La posizione non è male, il centro è raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiata di circa 15 minuti attraversando il bel parco Tivoli. Comodo il parcheggio gratuito.||La camera così cosi, abbastanza pulita ma piccola e poco luminosa, con una finestrina vista muro. ||Colazione imbarazzante, poca scelta e quel poco era di bassa qualità. Mancanza totale di dolce.||Accoglienza tipica Slovena: un sorriso neanche a pagarlo.

Very cute hotel only 9minutes walk from the direct city center, very friendly people, breakfast with fresh eggs served as you like it, tasty coffee and air conditioned. Parking slot direct next to the entry. When I am coming to Ljubljana again I will stay there for sure :).

Janez rooms was a perfect place to stay. Host is very friendly indeed. Room was spacious and cool with everything you could need. We ate breakfast at Janez rooms which was a great selection of fresh foods.||We also had evening meal twice which was also good quality fresh food on a cute veranda where you can watch the world go by. ||Every staff member was helpful and polite.||In all a great value homely clean welcoming place to stay, 10minutes walk to the old town.

Optimal wenn man Ljubljana besuchen möchte. Die Unterkunft liegt ca. 10 -15 Minuten zu Fuß von der historischen Altstadt entfernt. Der schönste Weg dorthin geht durch den nahegelegenen Tivoli Park. Unser Zimmer war ausreichend groß, nett eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war für ein Gasthaus gut und reichhaltig. Ein Parkplatz für das Auto war ebenfalls direkt an der Unterkunft vorhanden. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich noch eine Pizzeria, welche leckere Speisen zu guten Preisen anbietet. Unser Gastgeber war sehr Aufmerksam, sehr freundlich und hatte einige Infos und Tips für Ljubljana für uns parat. Das er auch noch gut deutsch sprach war zusätzlich von Vorteil. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen. Danke.

Nagyon szép, igényes, tiszta szoba. Nagyon jó megközelítés, közel van mindenhez. Az étterem nagyon jó, finom pizzák és italok.

Die Lage: sehr gut zu erreichen, daneben liegt der Tivolipark mit verschiedenen Freizeitaktivitäten. Die Altstadt ist etwa 15 Min zu Fuß entfernt, oder man nimmt den Bus.||Personal: sehr liebenswertes Personal, immer nett und zuvorkommend.||Zimmer: sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und ein tolles Bett. So ein gutes Bett hätte ich nicht erwartet, Top! Zimmer alle mit Klimaanlage.||Frühstück: nettes Buffet mit allem was man braucht, der Kaffee wird frisch zubereitet.||Fazit: eine tolle nette kleine Pension, mit tollen Gastgebern und einem ebenso tollen Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Gerne wieder.

Right after we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Janez. We got coffee and Janez told us everything important about accommodation and Ljubljana. We wanted to arrive at 10am and leave the car at the place and just go explore the city before check-in, but the room was ready for us at 11. No problems. Janez and Ajda were great and helpful. We were supposed to stay just 1 night but finally we stayed one more night. Ajda gave us 10% off of the 2nd night. The restaurant downstairs is also worth eating in. We loved this place.

Though located on a busy road, you don't hear that when in the room. Rooms are tidy and neat.

My colleague and I had a wonderful stay at Janez. Small but well appointed bedrooms en suite. Breakfast each morning was wonderful. The rooms are fresh and new—a great deal of care and attention to detail was obvious.
