Checked in last night and Kira at the front desk was wonderful. She was accommodating and took time to give us local recommendations and tell us about the hotel. I stay 100+ nights per year in hotels and Kira is the best of the best.

This is the 3rd time (with good reason) that we have booked the Sheraton and on this occasion we stayed 8 nights. We had a small issue with a room mix up in the beginning, and to be honest it was addressed within 15 minutes of us being in the room. The manager in particular Nikolina Nesic was so so so nice and a huge thankyou to her as she went above and beyond, to make sure we were looked after, and a shout out to Antonio Ostric also. This was honestly a simple error, that was quickly addressed. |We had breakfast included in our deal, and ate every night in the hotel as the food was michelin star quality, and so reasonable.|The amenities are second to none, and everything is a stroll away.|Staff are so friendly, and cant do enough for you, Ivana was lovely and the girl at the entrance to the dining area, with a huge smile would brighten up the whole area.|Honestly I could not fault the Sheraton, for sheer comfort, location was breath taking, the airport 15 minutes away, and Dubrovnic 10 minutes away, this location and hotel is a must, and ticks every box, with ease. Looking to book again for next year, as you wont get better than this place. 10 out of 10 rating. Sheraton we will see you all again, next year, and again Nikolina, another thankyou from my family!

Beautiful hotel, staff were great.|We spent two nights in the hotel on our way to the Croatian islands. It was absolutely lovely fabulous gym beautiful pool. We didn’t use any of the hotel restaurants, but we did pop down to the beach and had a walk along.

Good 4 Star but falls well below 5 star raring. Location is great hotel superb, but let down by poor management and staff. Service levels are poor around the pool, restaurant and cleanliness inconsistent. Gym is poorly equipped and tennis courts are poorly maintained. It could be great but attention to detail and high standards are lacking. Reviewed with management but was brushed aside.

Away from the cruise ship crowds this Sheraton property is perfectly situated. You have amazing views of the Croatian coastline with views of quaint and picturesque mountain villages plus are only a quick water taxi or Uber ride away from Dubrovnik. The outdoor pool is very large and a separate area for kids to play. The beach is well equipped with chairs and umbrellas for hotel guests. The shore line, as for most of the Med, is rocky but it smoothes out only a few feet from the beach. ||The property was immaculately kept and all of the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We are Marriott Titanium members and although not a lot of benefits bc this property is a resort, we were given a room upgrade to a sea view. The balconies are very large and we really enjoyed just sitting and taking in the views each night. The rooms are very spacious and have all the amenities including a mini fridge and an in room coffee maker, daily water bottles provided as well. ||They have a nice large indoor pool if the sun is too much and the spa had several steam and sauna rooms plus a nice large jacuzzi that was cooler in temp and refreshing.||The breakfast buffet each morning was very large and we appreciated it went until 11am bc of trying to adjust to time from US, our first morning we slept later. There are many seaside restaurants up and down the quaint walkway by the sea all offering different cuisines with spectacular views steps from the sea. ||If you want to go exploring there is a rental car place where you can get a car for a reasonable price. We decided to go into Bosnia to the waterfalls and Mostar which was well worth the trip and a stunningly beautiful drive up the Croatian coast before heading inland. We also did a night in Old Town in Dubrovnik, which was lovely albeit but very tourist centric. Lots of great restaurants and cafes to choose from.

thank God breakfast is included as i dont think it would be one I'd pay for. terrible coffee, many warm items are cold (we were there right in middle of service so it wasn't like it was out a really long time) pool attendees letting used towels pile super high in a mountain on the ground both days! before getting them. tons of towels left on loungers and empty containers left behind

Şuraya extra yıldız eklenmeli diyeceğiniz bir otel. Çok konforlu yatak yastık geniş oda temizlik şahane. Oda servisi odayı sık sık ziyaret ediyor harika insanlar küçük hediyeler bırakıyorlardı çok lezzetli. Çok ince ve düşünceli tavırları için yönetime teşekkürler. Otelin konumu havuzu denizi de şahane. Havluları mis gibi deterjan kokuyordu…Ne yediysek lezzeti bir mutfağı var. Kokteyller harikaydı. Daha çok çeşit kokteyl olmasını öneriyoruz sadece.Ben yedi yıldız veriyorum.

Simply the best… better than all the rest|Views from balcony are stunning -make sure you pay a bit extra for the sea view|For Dubrovnik old town 20-25 mins water taxi takes you right into the heart of the old town. Pick up water taxi about 5-10 minute walk from hotel.|Note there are several boat operators so head up there and don’t be put off by fake news timetable of boats|This is a must don’t take a taxi or bus|Breakfast and dinner was great at the hotel|Beware the beach is busy and stony

Just returned from a week's stay with my husband. We had a deluxe double room with sea view. Had a large balcony with comfortable chairs and table, with stunning views over the sea, mountains and the pool area. |The hotel is beautifully decorated, we were bed and breakfast and the buffet was extensive. The hot food was not as warm as it could have been, so we stuck to cold options and had no complaints. |We spent alot of time around the pool area and were out early. The beds round the pool were reserved with towels but there was never a problem getting one if you didnt mind where you sat. |We ate at the pool bar one day , happy hour 5 til 6 with 20% off. The food was lovely and the cocktails highly recommended! |We took a water taxi to Dubrovnik and looked round the old town. The Walls 40 euros pp to enter but well worth it for the views. |Our first visit to Croatia and loved it ,the friendliest of people, stunning views and wall to wall sunshine.

From the moment we were dropped off at this hotel, we knew it was fabulous. At check-in (and again at checkout) we had the pleasure of dealing with Elena, her knowledge for the amenities and things to do in the area and Dubrovnik itself, was so appreciated. The view from the room is stunning. It looks much better in real life than pictures show. The bed was SO big and comfortable and the hotel was quiet at night - we had the best sleeps. The balcony’s are spacious and perfect to sit out in the evening with a drink.|We had breakfast each day, which has everything you could want and more! The coffee is delicious! The pool area has a bar / restaurant which you can order from directly to your lounger and have added to your bill.|There is also a more formal restaurant on the grounds of the hotel if you want a nice evening meal. The beach is literally just across the street from the hotel and there were always a couple of loungers available for us, even during busy July. Everything about our stay in this beautiful hotel was just perfect! |We definitely want to return!

The hotel is in as new condition, with just about everything you need/wish for and perfectly located for a relaxing, quiet holiday. Staff were fantastic, food delicious and we received an upgrade to a corner suite.

Vi bodde på Sheraton i 10 dager, og var svært fornøyde. Beliggenheten var som beskrevet og rommet hadde nydelig utsikt til Adriaterhavet. Det som trekker ned er servicenivået i Restaurant Leut og baren. Hvis dette hadde vært et 4-stjernes hotell hadde jeg gikk 5 stjerner, men på et 5-stjenershotell har jeg derimot forventning om høyere servicenivå - og kunnskap om hva som serveres av både mat og drikke. Rettene i restaurant Leut var ikke merket med allergener. tillegg forventer jeg en ekstra innsjekk fra housekeeping på ettermiddagen. Det som trekker opp er spesielt servicenivå hos housekeeping, restaurant Lungomare og resepsjonen. Rommene - og hotellet generelt - bar preg av dyktige renholdere og andre ivaretakere. Renholderene var svært imøtekommende og det fremstod som om de la all sin ære i å gjøre et godt arbeide for at det skal være hyggelig å være gjest - og det greide de! Maten og servicen på restaurant Lungomare var også upåklagelig. Det samme må sies om resepsjonen - upåklagelig servicenivå. Vi reiser gjerne tilbake - spesielt for å se om det kanskje er blitt noen bedring de to områdene jeg mener trekker ned. Takk for oss for denne gang. Vi kan trygt anbefale hotellet videre!

Everything about this hotel/resort is amazing. The best thing is their staff - they are very courteous and accommodating. Bars and restaurants are very nice and breakfast spread includes vast variety of food includes hot food as well.
