We spent a week at this hotel and overall had a fantastic time. It definitely deserves its 4-star rating – everything was of a high standard. A big shoutout to the bar and the amazing staff – always friendly, professional, and quick with service. It was a real pleasure to stop by for a cold drink, especially on hot days! The room was comfortable and spacious, and every two days we received a fresh set of towels and toilet paper, which kept things tidy enough throughout the stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning didn't work, which made the nights a bit tough – we reported it to the reception, but it wasn’t fixed during our time there. What really made the stay special were the fantastic animators – Ricardo and Mohamed! They organized Water Ball games every day, and it was a highlight for both kids and adults. Their energy and enthusiasm were infectious – they clearly love what they do and it shows. Overall, this hotel is definitely worth recommending! If they fix the air conditioning issue, it would be absolutely perfect. We'd love to come back someday!

A round of applause for the animation team! The entertainers were simply fantastic, always in a good mood, incredibly child-friendly, and genuinely enjoyed their work. You could tell they enjoyed what they did. The children loved the games, the mini disco, and of course, the bouncy castle. There were also various activities for the adults. Whether it was aqua aerobics, games, or evening shows, the team managed to keep everyone engaged and ensured there was no boredom. It was wonderful to see how much effort and energy the team put into the entertainment. They enriched our stay with their positive attitude and made us feel welcome and thoroughly entertained. Thank you so much.. especially for Mohamed he is a really nice guy :)

Nice little hotel with beautiful surroundings. Most of the employees are very nice and helpful, especially Mohammed, Chef of animation, was absolutely outstanding in doing everything he can to make everybody an enjoyable holiday. Amazing guy! Ricardo as well. Additional advice: have to try a massage at the pool - Ivana has healing hands! 🙏❤️

The hotel is ok at best, and certainly not 4 star. The hotel staff weren’t rude exactly, but they were not friendly and welcoming like you would expect in a 4 star hotel. They didn’t give any information upon check-in with regards to things like where to park, if the rooms would be cleaned during our stay, if towels would be changed etc.||The apartment itself was fine, and big enough for two adults and two teenagers for a few days. It was the 2 bed apartment which is actually one proper bedroom and then a kind of screened off area as the second bedroom. The small kitchenette was ok - fridge, hot plates and microwave. ||The pool was fine too, but not big enough for the size of the hotel. Very, very crowded. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant but there is another restaurant in the same bay which was nice and the staff were much friendlier than the hotel staff.||Overall, the experience just left us feeling a bit disappointed. The hotel is completely overpriced for what it is and we would definitely NOT return.

Fijn dat er een supermarkt in de buurt is.|Maar het personeel van het hotel viel zwaar tegen; we kregen niet eens een late check-out, ondanks dat mijn vrouw 7 maanden zwanger is.|De locatie is goed en mooi. De kamer zelf en het bed waren erg matig. Er werd de hele week geen schoonmaak gedaan – lekker hygiënisch als je reist met een klein kind en een zwangere vrouw.

Sehr nettes Hotel. Bis auf zu viele Deutsche Touristen und etwas kleinen Zimmern nichts auszusetzen. Vor Ort gibt es auch Döner Kebap, sehr authentisch. Großes sehr sehr warmes Trinkwasserpool und wenn man sportlich ist auch Zugang zum mehr vom Hotel aus.

Rewelacyjne miejsce, lokalizacja bezpośrednio nad wodą z prywatną plażą i leżakami. Bardzo dobre śniadania, obsługa bardzo pomocna i serdeczna. Pokoje bardzo czyste i przestronne. Parking bardzo duży. Wiele możliwości na spędzanie czasu w różny sposób 😊😊

Gute Lage, leider muß man den Müll selbst wegbringen, wir hatten Ameisen im Appartement, statt das zu beseitigen stellte man uns einen Spray hin und wir mußte das selbst machen. Unter Sevice stellt man sich was anderes vor.
