We had a great time in this hotel. Rooms are specious and equipped with everything you might need. We had HB and liked the choice of food and enjoyed eating on the terrace with the beautiful view. Reception was very friendly and professional and it was easy to find parking. We will definitely come back.

Camera spaziosa e bene arredata. Check-in, Check-out e colazione si fanno presso l’hotel Metropol a 300 m di distanza. La colazione è ottima. Nel nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un inconveniente: nel bagno della camera al secondo piano eravamo pieni di formiche. Non c’erano alla sera quando siamo arrivati ma al mattino c’era una lunga fila che veniva dalla porta d’ingresso. Abbiamo dovuto chiamare 2 volte perché qualcuno venisse a guardare e quando alla fine qualcuno è arrivato ci hanno detto che si scusavano ma essendo in mezzo alla natura non potevano evitare certi incidenti… Ora a parte che si tratta di un hotel a 4 stelle non certo situato in mezzo alla natura , io non metto in discussione il fatto che si sia trattato di un incidente ma credo che una risposta migliore sarebbe stata opportuna. Al momento del check-out ci è stato detto che avrebbero fatto disinfestare la stanza ma non ci è stato proposto alcuno sconto nonostante non avessimo potuto usare il bagno quella mattina. Credo che da un hotel di quel genere ci si possa aspettare un servizio migliore. Peccato perché la posizione è ottima. Non torneremo.

Wyremontowane pokoje, duże i wygodne łóżka. Łazienka dosyć spora jak na hotel.z dużą wanną oraz możliwością skorzystania z prysznica. wszędzie schody wokół, ale dla niektórych jest to przynajmniej minimalny dzienny wysiłek po obfitych posiłkach w restauracji

Camera gradevole dal punto di vista estetico con arredi in stile moderno. Si accede dopo aver effettuato il check in presso l'hotel Metropol. Se da un mero punto di vista estetico la camera potrebbe rispettare i canoni basilari, non potrei dire lo stesso per quanto riguarda la pulizia. In camera ho trovato polvere all'ingresso, formiche morte in prossimità della finestra (attorno ci sono molti alberi che le attirano), capelli di altre persone sul cuscino, macchie sui cuscini e anche sugli asciugamani (queste ultime sembravano di fondo tinta). Decisamente da migliorare questi aspetti!

Чути як тріщать картонні стіни, гримлять двері, їде як вантажівка візок покоївки, гирчить як трактор кондиціонер, тече в душі вода чи хтось іде під вікном, таке враження, що все це відбувається в тебе на голові. В душі не жорсткий екран, а тканина, вода потрапляє на підлогу, а там немає стоку доя води і утворюються калюжі.

The extra building is quite far away from the reception. Our key didn't work and it was very inconvenient to go to the main building to get a new one. Breakfasts are not bad, but only 2 working coffee machines is not enough for a big hotel. Shampoo and gels are not delivered during cleaning. Uncomfortable shower, the whole bathroom is in water.

A complex of 3 very nice, stylish hotels with some great facilities like indoor and outdoor pool filled with sea water, breakfast at a terrace with a breathtaking sea panorama, etc.. Unfortunately maintenance and service are definitely NOT on a 4-star level. We got only one room card for the 3 of us (2 adults + 1 child). When asking for one more I was told that the hotel was overbooked and they don't have enough cards at the moment (???). The safe in our room was out of order. We complained about it several times, once a guy from the reception came and replaced the batteries but that didn't fix the problem. He sad he'll send the technician to fix it but the technician never arrived so we needed to carry our documents, passports, car key and everything all the time with us to the pools, beach, etc. When booking on their web site they offer parking in the public garage for 14 euro / day. But upon arrival people at the reception forgot to mention that I need to require a card from the hotel for that price, so I payed the "normal price" 40 euros for the first two days. When complaining about the price they finally told me about the card but also told me that they are out of such cards at the moment. I asked for it once more the next day but got the same answer without even trying to help me so I needed to figure out myself that there is a parking for 13 euros / day on the outdoor parking. AC in our room was working all the time but wasn't really cooling the room. It was constantly around 27-28 degrees although AC was set to 23 degrees and maximum ventilation. When complaining about it twice we always got the answer that they'll send the technician to fix it. It was probably the same technician that needed to fix the safe... We mentioned these things on the reception, even asked for another room but absolutely nothing happened. This is definitely not how a 4 star hotel should operate. Not that we didn't get a compensation for all these problems, but this was the very first time of all my hotel stays that I wasn't asked during checkout if everything was OK (probably because they knew it wasn't)...

Good location, not noisy, no traffic. Varied breakfast included (in Hotel Metropol), as well the using of the inside and outside pool (by the sea) with beach towel.

Goed gefaciliteerd hotel. Wij zaten in de dependance. Kamers zijn modern en voorzien van een goed bed, nette badkamer en airco. Er is een zwembad aan het strand. Het ontbijt was niet bijzonder, maar prima gegeten. De kamer werd niet goed schoongehouden tijdens ons verblijf. Gebruikte glazen niet vervangen, thee niet aangevuld. Verder zaten er op de stoffen accessoires, zoals kussens op bed, en vloerbedekking oude vlekken. Deze kleine punten maken dat ik ons verblijf geen 5 sterren geef.

Un seul mot : déception. Vous voulez un avis ? Gardez votre argent pour un hôtel qui saura vous proposer le service qu’on attend réellement d’un 4 étoiles… à commencer par le b.a.-ba du métier : le respect et la considération de ses clients…

Ce qui nous est arrivé dans cet hôtel est une aberration. On nous a confirmé que nous avions bien la chambre pour deux nuits (preuve sur la photo) malgré notre check-in une nuit en retard. Nous revenons de notre journée, notre carte d'accès ne fonctionne plus et on me dit à la réception qu'en réalité nous n'avons plus la chambre et qu'ils ont dû sortir toutes nos affaires, que nous avons retrouvé dans des sacs poubelles ! Bien sûr, on m'explique que je mens, qu'ils nous ont jamais dit que nous avions bien la chambre pour deux nuits. Un peu de sérieux, vous pensez que je vais laisser mes affaires dans la chambre et me retrouver à 22h sans chambre dans un pays étranger ? L'hôtel est complet, on fait semblant d'essayer de me trouver une solution, puis on finit par me dire qu'on est "jeune et en bonne santé et qu'il y a pire dans la vie" pendant qu'on me vire comme une malpropre avec mes affaires dans des sacs poubelles alors que j'ai payé la nuit. J'ai dû trouver une nuit à 1h30 de Portoroz dans la capitale. On me dit qu'on est désolé, on me garantit qu'on va me rappeler le lendemain pour me rembourser au moins la nuit. Le lendemain aucun appel, Hotels contacte le service des réservations, et ils leurs répondent qu'ils vont s'en tenir à la politique de remboursement, c'est à dire aucun dans ce cas. Où est l'humain dans votre démarche ? Vous nous avez menti sur le fait nous avions bien la chambre pour les deux jours malgré notre check-in en retard, virés comme des malpropres pour revendre directement la chambre, et même pas remboursés une nuit pour le préjudice subi ? Hormis le côté personnel de cette histoire, la propreté des chambres est à revoir, et les photos ne reflètent pas la chambre, le mobilier vieillot...Passez votre chemin

Die negativen Bewertungen versteh ich ehrlich gesagt gar nicht. Wenn man sich im Vorfeld informiert, weiß man darüber bescheid, dass es ein "Nebenhotel" ist & das Frühstück in einem anderen Hotel ist. (3 Gehminuten entfernt) Die Zimmer waren schön groß & sauber. Das Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut und es gab viel Auswahl, mit wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. In wenigen Minuten ist man am Pool & Meer, es gibt genug Liegen & auch Sonnenschirme waren reichlich vorhanden. Wir können das Hotel sehr empfehlen 👍 Einziger Minuspunkt, Parken ist etwas teuer, 13€ pro Tag.

Maximálna spokojnosť! Zrenovovaný hotel v tichom prostredí, more vzdialené len par minút chôdze. veľké priestranné izby, pohodlné postele, čisté kúpeľne. Raňajky boli perfektne, botahy výber, skvelá káva. Jedinou nevýhodou bola len slaná voda vo všetkých bazénoch. Inak hotelu nie je čo vytknúť.

Pěkný hotel blízko moře. Snídaně, bazény, wellness ve vedlejším hotelu Metropol (300m). Snídaně bohaté. Určitě bychom doporučili!!! 🚙❗Jediná nevýhoda je venkovní placené parkoviště, které je v rekonstrukci (13€ za den). Vejde se jen pár aut. Ale je možnost parkovat v podzemních garážích u hotelu Metropol (20€).
