Tuvimos un tour por los balcanes y fue el peor hotel, sábanas tiesas , con hoyos , toallas se deshilachadas, el segundo día no había agua caliente y no nos hicieron la limpieza del cuarto

Balkanlar turunda en beğendiğim hotel olabilir. Kahvaltı harikaydı. Ne istersek vardı. Akşam yemeğinde balık yemeği istediğimiz kadar yiyebildik. Üstüne tatlı getirdiler. Bence çok iyi bir hotel kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum

This place was horrible,even the rooms lights didnt even work,foods were disgusting,staffs are alright but overall i wouldn't reccomend to stay here.
