Opened in May 2025 on the idyllic St. Katarina Peninsula in Pula, Hotel Monumenti is a prestigious five-star hotel that offers a unique blend of rich history and modern luxury. Nestled beside the picturesque Polesana Marina, our hotel comprises two distinct buildings: the contemporary Deluxe wing and the beautifully restored Heritage building, a former Austro-Hungarian military barracks recognized as a protected cultural monument.

We had a very pleasant stay in this superb newly built hotel. Excellent service, a stunning breakfast with everything you‘ll ever dream of. Especially the homemade pastries were amazing. Superb setting and immaculate facilities. Enormous bedrooms! Get a massage, they’re very very good. Lovely old restored building looks out over the water on two sides. Excellent breakfast and within easy reach of town and airport but not disturbed by either. A very relaxing place in gorgeous Pula. Thoroughly recommend.

The hotel is not ready yet for the guests (July 2025). It has it’s potential but now, for 1000€ / 2 nights we definetly DIDN’T get the value. I cut my hand quite strong on the rocks, because entrence to the sea is not ready yet. And the waiters definetly need good training of service here.

Ako je ovo 5 zvjezdica hotel vi niste vidjeli svijeta. Usluga nula, na svemu se štedi nema suncobrana, pristup hotelu svuda te oderu a usluga je nula, ako 3 zvjezdice vrijedi.

We stayed here with our kids and had such a great time! The spa and pool were amazing — super relaxing and beautifully designed. Our room was perfect: spacious, equipped with smart home features, and the view from the window was absolutely stunning. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. Prices were a bit higher than in other places we visited in Croatia, but the service was top-notch. Big shoutout to the bartender at the lobby — he was fantastic! The hotel is located at Marina Polesana in Pula, which is a lovely spot, but getting there by car wasn’t the easiest due to ongoing construction. Even though there were a few small hiccups (the hotel just recently opened), the incredibly kind and welcoming team made our stay really special. We left with great memories and would definitely love to come back!

Jučer smo se vratili doma iz ovog prekrasnog hotela, mogu samo reći da smo svi oduševljeni. Sobe su jako lijepo i moderno uredjene s prostranim krevetima i odlicnim madracima. U kupatilu su najbolji rucnici koje smo imali priliku vidjeti u bilo kojem hotelu. Osoblje hotela je jako ljubazno, stručno i susretljivo, apsolutno za svaku pohvalu. Sve je jako čisto i uredno! Hrana zaslužuje posebno poglavlje; doručak je fantastičan i jako bogat, vidi se da se pazilo za svaki detalj; od toga kakav ce biti buffet, do toga u čemu će hrana biti poslužena. Menu je raznolik i zadovoljit će i najzahtjevnije goste. Večera nas je zaista oduševila!! Jedva čekamo ponovno se vratiti i uživati u ovom hotelu!

Kako je je nastal ta hotel spremljam že nekaj let. Čestitam za super arhitekturo in okolico. Sicer manjka še nekaj malenkosti a te bodo kmalu odpravljene. Osebju želim veliko dobrih gostov, ki bodo znali uživati v tem novem in čudovitem ambientu. Osebje je urejeno in zelo prijazno. Srečno...
