Spent 10 days here. Good overall but two bad things: 1. Iron that front desk gives you has no steam and they have no spray to give you. It's a useless hot plate. Hotel ironing is also bad if they do it for you, they don't know how to iron. 2. Whenever you ask the front desk for anything (room cleaning, iron, coffee etc) even if they say yes, there's only a 10% chance that the action gets carried out. Super annoying. Restaurant on top floor is great. Spa is good and the hotel itself is nice.

We had high hopes for our stay, but unfortunately, there were a few aspects that made the experience less enjoyable than expected. The biggest issue for us was the bed, which was extremely uncomfortable due to excessive sagging on both sides of the mattress. We didn’t sleep well a single night, which left us exhausted during our holiday—exactly the opposite of what we were aiming for. That’s actually why we chose a hotel in this category. We also ended up with back pain. The sofas in the room were in equally poor condition. Another disappointing aspect was cleanliness. The bathroom door (dark glass) had visible streaks, the daily room cleaning left noticeable dirt behind, and there was a sticky patch on the parquet floor when we arrived. We are posting a photo showing it with bits of paper stuck to it after trying to clean it ourselves. The bathroom door handles also had smudges and fingerprints, which shouldn't happen in a hotel of this level. At the rooftop restaurant, the prices did not match the quality of service. There was food on the floor under the table, no coasters for cold drinks (which would be appreciated in summer), and they removed plates before everyone at the table had finished eating. They didn’t even offer us dessert, and the background music felt more suited to a gym than to a restaurant. As for breakfast, it included some healthy options, though not many, and it was exactly the same every single day. That said, we also want to highlight the positives: the staff was very kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed the gym, sauna, and outdoor pool area. We also appreciated that they let us stay one extra hour after check-out. These aspects definitely made a good impression. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer a much more comfortable and pleasant experience.

We had a very unpleasant experience with the valet service when leaving the hotel. I had briefly parked the car in front of the hotel (where there’s space for about three vehicles to load/unload) and went inside for less than a minute to validate our parking ticket at reception — something we had forgotten to do earlier. During that short moment, another car arrived behind ours. What happened next was completely unacceptable: a valet — specifically, the bald one — got into the driver’s seat of my car and started driving it without my permission, while my wife was still sitting in the front passenger seat. He moved the car barely two meters forward, despite there being no real need — the other guest had already received their luggage and there was no pressure in the drop-off area. When I came back and questioned the valet, he became aggressive rather than apologetic. This behavior was highly unprofessional, disrespectful, and simply wrong. Because of this incident, I do not recommend Metropol Palace and will not be returning.

מלון מהמם. ממליצה מאוד מאוד. יפה, נקי מאוד, חדש, יוקרתי, שירות אדיב ונחמד ביותר. ארוחת בוקר טובה ועשירה. נמצא בשדרת חנויות. וברחובות המקבילים יש הרבה פאבים ומסעדות ואזורי שופינג, תאטרון במרחק הליכה. תחבורה ציבורית קרובה, ידידותית וחינמית לכל מקום בבלגרד ומחוצה לה. כולל רכבת חשמלית חינמית.

При подъезде гостиница производит сильное впечатление: здание большое, красиво подсвечено в темноте, выглядит действительно роскошно. Лобби — просторное, стильно оформленное и очень чистое, его, как и зону спа, убирают регулярно и тщательно. Спа-зона — одно из главных достоинств отеля. Бассейн достаточно глубокий (около 1.34–1.37 м) и длинный — в нём можно полноценно плавать. Также есть отдельное джакузи, сухая сауна и влажная сауна, которая, к сожалению, на момент нашего визита не работала. Важно учитывать, что вход в спа-зону разрешён только с 14 лет, а работает она с 7:00 до 23:00. Завтрак был на высоком уровне: очень разнообразный выбор, вкусные блюда и приятная атмосфера. Полностью соответствует ожиданиям от отеля категории 5 звёзд. Тем не менее, отель в целом не вполне соответствует заявленному уровню. Основная претензия — к уборке в номерах. Периодически не пополнялись стандартные принадлежности: в одном номере была зубная щётка, в другом — нет; где-то не хватало халата или тапочек. Полотенца не всегда менялись, чашки оставались немытыми, мини-бар не работал. Приходилось регулярно напоминать персоналу о базовых вещах.

Jättefint hotell med en så god frukostbuffé, en väldigt bra och generös buffé. Bra städning av rummen och man fick gratis vatten på rummet varje dag. Stort plus med pool och solstolar utomhus på hotellet, det användes flitigt av oss. Alla i personalen var jättetrevliga.
