Had a nice stay at this hotel but the hotel has some issues. Biggest one of them being parking and carrying luggage to the hotel as there is no way you can park closer to the hotel. On top of it, its a cobbled street. Say goodbye to you bag wheelies…Secondly, being a 4star property, i would atleast expect a 24hr reception desk. Had a call from trip.com office regarding my eta to the hotel as they would close the reception desk after 10pm and we wouldnt be able to check-in if there is no staff. Thankfully staff stayed late as our flight was super delayed (Perfect easyjet moment) and checked us in before we could head out and get dinner which was past 10:45pm and almost none of the restaurants were serving dinner. So much for the first magical evening in Ljubljana!!!!Thirdly, there is no lift being an old building which is self explanatory, but travellers with heavy luggage should be warned in advance.Fourthly, as for the breakfast we expected a proper coffee from a 4star property, but instead there is only a small coffee machine which dispenses coffee on button press. Guys the coffee isnt nice. I would rather head downstairs to the main street with plenty of cafes around. Breakfast itself is just standard, nothing whao. For hot breakfast there is only one option - eggs (served 4 ways) wasnt great, wasnt bad!Now for the good part, hotel is nicely decorated, clean, rooms are spacious, coffee machine and kettle inside the room. Clean towels, Comfy beds! A complimentary bubbly waiting for you in the fridge, somehow they knew you are exhausted from carrying your bags from the end of the street to the hotel and upstairs!!! 😫3.5 stars.

This hotel was the perfect place for comfort, staff, and the breakfast was awesome. Location provided easy access to downtown Ljubljana where you can always find people having a good time, good food, and great wine within walking distance from everything. Parking not available on site but there is a parking garage nearby for day excursions. One last comment about the staff - always helpful, rooms spotless, and desk ready to go that extra mile that makes this location special.

We stayed two different evenings. Hotel staff were top notch! Hotel easy to find and in great location. Clean rooms that are well furnished. Loved the varied decor! ||The hotel is situated within walking distance of many wonderful sights and restaurants.||Great breakfast!

We had a good 2 day stay at the LESAR Angel. Although we had room 1, without much of a view, the room was comfortable enough. The bathroom floor is heated. One issue is to access the shower, you have to step over a deep bathtub, which can be hazardous.|The dining room is very tastefully furnished, & breakfast spread ample. Service generally is good, although one of the concierge was less than knowledgeable about attractions in the area. |We would return. |One final comment: the long flights of stairs to our room on the 2nd floor can be arduous, but the hotel will assist with your luggage

A little gem very well placed in the city. The staff is very kind and professional, always ready to help you. The room/suite is very beautiful, spacious. A few small details to improve but which do not at all hamper the stay. Really a beautiful place. we stayed for 4 very pleasant days.

The host was extremely helpful. Came out to our car to grab our bags and helped us find parking in a busy packed town. Once at the hotel, very helpful for check-in and our room. Morning breakfast spread was unreal! Loved this hotel and wish we could have stayed longer.

L'emplacement est idéal, et vous pouvez tout faire à pied. Le petit déjeuner est remarquable, complet et de qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant et souriant. La chambre familiale est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent moment !

E' un hotel centralissimo, in piena zona pedonale. Piccolo ma curato in tutit i particolari, hai anche possibilità di bere qualcosa di fresco o una fetta di torta al pomeriggio in sala colazione. Camera grande, forse un pochino buia (la n.10) con un bagno enorme. e frigobar gratuito.

Charmant hôtel idéalement placé dans la zone piétonne. La ville n'étant pas très grande, on peut tout faire à pied. L'hôtel n'est pas non plus juste à côté des bars branchés. On y dort donc très bien ! Notre chambre était très spacieuse bien que mansardée. Le service est parfait, le personnel rencontré fort sympathique et le petit déjeuner excellent pour la partie sucrée. Nous n'avons pas gouté le salé.|A savoir : il n'y a pas d'ascenseur mais le personnel se précipite pour monter et descendre les valises. Il n'y pas pas de parking direct mais on peut déposer les bagages et se garer à 5 minutes dans un parking public.

Von 5. bis 8. Mai ein wunderschönes Wochenende verbracht. Absolut empfehlenswert. Zimmer, Frühstück, Dachgarten und das gesamte Personal mehr als perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😊

Près de tous les centres d’intérêt et de bons restaurants cet hôtel est idéal et on y est très bien reçu. Chambre avec tout le confort souhaitable et petit déjeuner excellent. On a l’impression d’être reçu dans une maison d’un ami plutôt que dans hôtel banal.

sehr nettes kleines hotel. einrichtung geschmackvoll und nicht übertrieben. frühstück sehr grosszügig und in netter umgebung schön angerichtet. um in die zimmer zu kommen muss man fit sein. mit meinem vater hätte ich ein problem gehabt. als ausgangspunkt in die stadt, zum markt, auf die burg perfekt. wir hatten die suite.

Struttura meravigliosa nel centro storico di Lubiana. Non è la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questo Hotel e ogni volta, grazie alla Loro splendida accoglienza, alla bellezza della struttura e agli ottimi servizi hai la certezza che ritornerai sicuramente da Loro. Tutti gli ambienti sono curati nei minimi dettagli. La camera bellissima, ampia, confortevole e pulitissima. Colazione con un vasto assortimento sia di dolce che di salato, tutto anche in questo caso, con alimenti ricercati e di ottima qualità. Una nota particolare per Tutto il Personale che è semplicemente meraviglioso, di una cortesia e disponibilità unica, grazie per aver reso speciale, anche questa volta, il nostro soggiorno nell’incantevole Lubiana. La struttura non ha un proprio parcheggio perché all’interno del centro storico ma a pochi minuti a piedi c’è un ampio parcheggio pubblico.
