The room, bathroom, and toilet were clean. The breakfast was quite varied and delicious. Except for the reception, the staff were not very polite.

Everything was up to the standards of hospitality and service. Tamara, the girl behind the desk, was displaying great enthusiasm and a professional approach.

The hotel is clean, with friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet. However, the price for breakfast has increased significantly—from €7 in May to €20 now—which feels too expensive for Serbian standards. The safe in the room is far too small, and during my second stay, the wardrobes were dusty—my black shirts actually turned white from the dust.

Ottimo hotel peccato per il servizio ai tavoli del ristorante, impacciati e non organizzati, mi sono arrivati tre piatti nel medesimo momento, quando il cameriere ha visto la mia difficoltà non ha fatto nulla, alla fine ho mangiato la carne fredda.

1 gece kaldık. Odalar temiz. Ancak akşam yemeği rezaletti. Açık büfe köri soslu tavuk, patatesi kızartması ve 10 çeşit domates salatası vardı.Domates salatalarının bir anlamı var mı bilmiyorum. Tadı iyidi ancak sunum çok kötüydü. Böyle bir otele hiç yakışmıyor. We stayed for 1 night. The rooms were clean. However, the dinner was terrible. There was a buffet of chicken with curry sauce, french fries and 10 different types of tomato salad. I don't know if there was any point to all that tomato salad. The chicken tasted good but the presentation was very bad. It doesn't suit a hotel like this at all.

Çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar temiz. Konum olarak merkeze uzak ama otobüsler ücretsiz. Eko 1 otelin önüne kadar geliyor.

Temiz ve ferah bir otel. Hediye olarak komodinlere minik çikolatalar koymuşlardı. :) Personelleri ilgili, pratik. Kahvaltıları açık büfeydi ve muazzam bir çeşitlilik vardı. Konum olarak da toplu taşıma kullanmak isteyenler için uygun, Beton Hala'ya taksiyle 10dakika mesafede.
