The moment you walk into the lobby of the Hyatt Regency Belgrade, you know it will be a fantastic stay! I was immediately greeted by Milica, who was enthusiastic to get me to my room after a long day of traveling. Not only did she describe every detail about the hotel, she also made me feel genuinely welcome. I loved my first interaction with her because it set the tone for the rest of my stay. I was in a corner room and let me tell you; the hotel rooms are fantastic. Everything you would expect from a 5-star Hyatt was there. The room was spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and felt like a true retreat. I especially loved the bathroom, which had an amazing bathtub. The beds were plush. The internet was fast for Zoom calls. The mini-fridge was large. It exceeded all of my expectations. The Regency Club and its staff are also amazing. I loved the salad they offered between 5–7pm. I appreciate when executive lounges add fresh, healthy options like that. Everyone was enjoying the appetizers and drinks. The gym is incredible, though it does close at 11pm. I’m not sure if they open it for night owls like me. Finally, the pool and hot tub were a treat. I was able to unwind after a long day and just let go of everything as I rested and recharged in the luxury the Hyatt had to offer. If you're heading to Belgrade and want a hotel that delivers excellence on every level, this is where you need to stay.

Колски приступ главним улазу није на висини када се одвијају велики догађаји попут матурских вечери. Гужва је велика, нема места чак ни за паркирање на кратко, однос између Хотела и Закупца сале је недовољно дефинисан, коси прилаз хотелу је нераван и тесан. Када има још група у хотелу буде хаотично ма прилазу и улазу у Хотел.

Come da descrizione del titolo in questo albergo non manca nulla. Lusso degli ambienti comuni e nelle stanze, comodità per la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici che a Belgrado sono gratuiti, gentilezza e disponibilità sia all' accoglienza che nella parte lounge. Il giovane personale è sempre disponibile ad assecondare le richieste degli ospiti con il sorriso ed educazione nonché con molta professionalità. La colazione è sempre ben fornita per tutti i gusti dei vari ospiti. Forse l' unico appunto è che la sala principale è un po' piccola per la notevole affluenza dell' albergo. Pulizia della stanza e fornitura dei vari prodotti di consumo di ottimo livello

I’ve stayed at this hotel several times and have always had excellent experiences,usually, I wouldn’t hesitate to give it the highest recommendation.||On this occasion, however, there were a few aspects that impacted the experience for me.||For anyone considering booking, I would still absolutely encourage it. The hotel is spotlessly clean, in a fantastic location, and the team overall work incredibly hard and are consistently helpful.||I’d particularly like to highlight Todo on the reception team is exceptional. He truly sets a high benchmark for customer service. We had a group with us from Hungary, Poland, Germany, and the UK, and everyone was genuinely impressed with his professionalism and friendliness.||That said, we were placed on the Regency Floor presumably due to the hotel being at capacity though no one explained that this meant we wouldn’t have access to the coffee machine in the lounge area. This led to an uncomfortable experience one morning when I helped myself to a coffee, unaware of the restriction. I felt stared at by a staff member who then left and returned with a colleague. The two stood whispering and watching me before one approached to let me know I wasn’t eligible to use the machine and would need to go downstairs instead.||While I completely understand the policy, it would have been much better had this been explained at check-in. More importantly, the way it was handled felt unnecessarily awkward and left me feeling quite uncomfortable.||In addition, one morning at breakfast I placed an order but, unfortunately, after waiting over 25 minutes with no food and facing time constraints, I had to leave without eating. The staff member who served me appeared young and possibly new, so I do understand things can happen but it was disappointing. On other mornings I didn’t even attempt breakfast due to how busy it was and the difficulty in finding a free table.||Despite these issues, we do plan to return ,largely because of outstanding team members like Todo who consistently elevate the experience. We’ll give it another try, and I hope these concerns are addressed, as the potential of the hotel is clearly very high.

Had a great stay at Hyatt Regency Belgrade. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Staff across the board were friendly and professional. Special thanks to Radmila at the front desk for her kindness and help throughout my stay—she was fantastic. Also, a big thank you to Kristina, who was equally kind and efficient during checkout. Their hospitality truly stood out. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Belgrade!

Worst customer service. I requested to check in a couple of hours earlier and the lady said it would not be a problem at all. Then I called to confirm and got a response that I should get a room for 2 days to guarantee I will be able to check at 1 pm instead of 3! Really?! I have traveled a lot and it never seemed to be problem to check in a bit earlier. I arrived in London at 7 am a week ago and check in was at 3 PM, they gave me the room, without prior request. These people don’t know what customer service is about. And where is the consistency?! One person said it was ok and the next tells me it is impossible. Take some notes from Europe, or Russia even!
