Отличное расположение отеля с личным выходом к пляжу. Очень отзывчивый и добрый персонал. Также рядом есть магазины и рестораны . У нас был номер с балконом и изумительным видом на Адриатическое море ❤️❤️❤️

Bewertung für Hotel Vis – Herzlicher Service mit Potenzial bei den Zimmern Wir durften kürzlich im Hotel Vis übernachten und war vor allem vom Personal absolut begeistert! Die Mitarbeitenden sind außergewöhnlich zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und wirklich sehr, sehr freundlich – man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Der Service ist persönlich und herzlich, was heutzutage nicht mehr selbstverständlich ist. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: Die Zimmer könnten etwas moderner oder komfortabler sein. Allerdings habe ich erfahren, dass es im Haus auch renovierte und besser ausgestattete Zimmer gibt – es lohnt sich also, beim Buchen gezielt danach zu fragen. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt dank des toller Lage und Personals sehr angenehm. Das Essen war vielseitig und jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Wer Wert auf echten Service,Top Lage und Herzlichkeit legt, ist im Hotel Vis bestens aufgehoben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Great value, amazing location, friendly staff. I was a bit worried about the average review score. But this hotel turned out to be a gem. No complaints whatsoever. PS. Sea view room and breakfast are highly recommended. I hear some rooms were renovated around 2020. It seems the complaints come from people staying in street facing rooms. PPS. Ask for beach towels at the reception.

Just finished our stay here, the location of this hotel is spot on! It has absolutely beautiful views (make sure u book a sea view room, otherwise you will be disappointed with a garden view). The hotel is clean but the rooms are very basic. They really could do with modernising, they look like something from the 80s which is disappointing when the hotel overall is great. The beach is literally on the doorstep, in a perfect little bay where you can swim in clear water. They even had stuff for kids to do. My advice would be to walk to the left of the beach and follow it right round. You will come to a smaller beach area which is much quieter. Be warned a lot of locals do visit here in the evening after work. The hotel has a bus stop right outside, number 4 to the old town. If you get a Dubrovnik pass you get unlimited travel on the bus. They run every 15 mins from early hours to late in the evening. Be prepared to fight though, unfortunately nobody has the decency to form a line. I was disappointed with the breakfast, there wasn’t a great variety in my opinion. The evening meal was worse. I’m glad we didn’t book for breakfast & dinner. We went down because it was €23 which is much cheaper than the local restaurants. Sadly we had to walk away as there wasn’t a single thing I’d eat. I’d of liked the option to have a room with a kitchen area to make up some meals myself as there is a great supermarket down the street. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would return but I do think there is room for improvements which could easily make this hotel a 5* resort! It has the potential

We spent a lovely 3 nights at Hotel Vis. Our room was spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the bay from our balcony (well worth the small fee for a sea-view upgrade). All staff were friendly and helpful, restaurant area offered a nice selection of food, again with a lovely view. Pebble beach perfect for relaxing and swimming, as well as being a great place to watch the sunset. Old town is 10 minutes away in a cab, and also well worth the visit.

Lovely location, friendly staff, room was very tired and beach view was obscured by trees.|Breakfast buffet plentiful, good range of choice, food could have been hotter. |If you want location on beach but not fussed about room this will suit you.|There are no lifts so if you have mobility issues this is not for you.|Beach sunbeds and umbrellas are charged daily first come first served, beach towels are provided free.|Lunch time food can be purchased at prices similar to other establishments and an evening buffet are available for a charge. Other nearby hotels in the group have facilities such as massage/spa treatments.|Overall rating 2-3 stars.

Great location outside of the Old Town. Private beach and great view of the sunset. There is a bus stop directly outside the hotel making it easy to travel to the Old Town. Breakfast is excellent and well supplied. Rooms are a bit outdated, but we knew we weren’t going to luxury. Staff were lovely.

The hotel might not have the most recently renovated rooms, but everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable. What really makes this place special is the amazing beach – perfect for snorkeling, relaxing on your towel, or renting a sunbed and umbrella for extra comfort. From the hotel terrace, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and have breakfast with a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. The breakfast was varied and tasty. Also, the reception staff deserve a 10/10 – very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. In 15 minutes by Uber/bus you can reach the Olt City Dubrovnik. The only downside was that at 6:10 AM, the housekeeping staff was quite loud – stuffing empty bottles into bags for at least 10 minutes and making a lot of noise in the hallways. It was a bit disturbing so early in the morning.

Un hôtel pas excellent mais pas mauvais. Très très bien situés, on a vraiment la mer à disposition. L’hôtel a effectivement besoins d’une petite remise à niveau notamment pour les salles de bains qui ne sont pas très modernes. La chasse d’eau fait beaucoup de bruit. Cependant le lit était parfait très agréable et très grand. La chambre était correcte avec un petit balcon et plusieurs espace de rangement. Il y a énormément d’escaliers que ce soit pour accéder à l’hôtel ou circuler à l’intérieur. Si vous avez un handicap (fauteuil roulant ou qlq chose qui vous empêche de vous déplacer « facilement ») ce n’est même pas la peine de venir. Il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Concernant le service il y a des personnes très agréables qui font très bien leurs travails et d’autres qui ne répondent même pas qd vous dites bonjour (à plusieurs reprises). Enfin le petit déjeuner est correcte même si j’ai trouvé qu’il n’y avait pas beaucoup de sucrée et beaucoup de chose sont surgelés. Le buffet à volonté pour le repas du soir est chère pour ce qu’il propose et pour la qualité. Je conseille d’aller manger en ville, pour le même prix vous mangerez beaucoup mieux. La localisation reste vraiment parfaite, la plage est magnifique

This hotel was perfect for us - as 2 x early 30s this hotel fitted all of our needs and we were pleasantly surprised. I was slightly apprehensive given the reviews before hand, however this hotel was absolutely fine. The rooms were clean, the food was decent ( banging breakfast) , staff was incredibly helpful and you couldn't fault how close it was to the beach. It was quiet compared to how busy other beaches are locally, so we were really happy. The only hotel in the whole of the bay with direct access- we went to the beach every single day. There is also a bus stop directly outside that takes you to the old town, and a bunch of supermarkets and promenade about five minutes walk away. The only cons were that there was no lift, but we had no issues, and there is no mini fridge in the rooms, meaning we got caught out by the expensive drinks (5€ for a can of coke at reception). If you stock up at the hypermarket down the road though as we did from the second night on you'll be fine. We would definitely recommend this hotel, and would be incredibly happy to come back. Make sure you book the sea view room no matter what you do! As we had a garden view and regretted it!

Ideal place to stay for your Dubrovnik visit. Super breakfast each morning with fabulous views. No. 4 bus right outside to take you to old town.
