Fantastyczne miejsce. Hotel urządzony ze smakiem i gustem. Elegancki, ale nie w nachalny sposób. Czystość, obsługa, podejście do klienta... Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Całość sprawia, iż czujesz się tam jak dawno oczekiwany i przyjęty z radością gość. Serdeczne pozdrowienia dla przemiłej Właścicielki (Pani Maja) oraz Kristyny... Które swoim podejściem sprawiły, iż pobyt w tym miejscu był doskonały !!!

This is a really nice hotel. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking to hike in the Julian Alps. The breakfast is from 8-10am and is delicious. The lady working will make you eggs! They have plenty of dairy free options as well. The rooms are comfortable and the bathroom clean. The staff is incredibly kind and provides great recommendations for places to eat.

We stayed here over a weekend at the start of the December 2021. Before the arrival, the owner Maja send us SMS how to enter the hotel without needing to stop at the reception. We handled stuff at the reception the next morning.||We booked an apartment which was really cozy and spacious with the Mountain View. ||||The public parking is free and right next to the hotel, the surroundings was really quite even thought it is in the center.

Small Hotel, but new all basic features are available we had 4 person room with TV in each bedroom, nice shower, hairdryer, towel-radiator mini-bar and so on all basics are there and they are in a good condition nothing looked worn. The Hotel has a dedicated ski-room where you can leave your ski's sticks etc to dry. ||||Best of all they have a sauna which you can book. Excellent for recovering from Skiing sessions. The Hotel is near the center and on walking distance from the ski slopes you can cover that distance in your skiboots easily.||||Breakfast was feast, a nice room, with a small buffet with coffee, tea, smoothies, pancakes, bread, fruity yoghurts, orange juice and everything else i forget to mention. almost all is local produce, the owner takes a special pride in sourcing the best local products and we all enjoyed the quality and taste. Next to that the staff is all very friendly and Maja is very knowledgeable about the surroundings. ||||For us it'll absolutely be a place to book again if we'll ever visit the region. Be it for wintersport or other activities it's an excellent base in a beautiful area.

We had 2 connecting rooms. The main bedroom had little space, so we had to put our suitcase in the other room. The bathroom on the other hand was very spacious. Everything was very clean and new.||Since no staff was there when we arrived we had to call to check-in. It seems we were supposed to have gotten a code to open the door. It only took a few minutes for someone to show up and get us to our room.||Breakfast was made to order and plentiful.||Parking was only 50 meters away at a public parking lot.

It’s an affordable modern looking hotel in the middle of Kransjka Gora with breakfast included. We stayed in room 1 which also had a nice balcony (I recommend!). The room was well cleaned and my boyfriend especially loved the shower. Parking tip: 20 meters past the hotel is a square with free parking. For dinner I definitely recommend the recently opened restaurant of Boutique Hotel Triangel which is only a 7 minute drive! It has amazing food, prices, service and a lovely view on the mountains.

Charging a one year old baby who slept in our bed with an extra 140 euros for 4 nights! Explanation is ridiculous, even booking.com customer service didn't see such high extra fee for a baby. Friendly approach for correction was rejected by the owner.|Otherwise this could be a nice and well located hotel. Well equipped, staff were friendly. Breakfast is limited, especially for vegans. It's a pity that the owner ruined the good experience of our stay, we left feeling deceived.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Unterkunft! Leckeres Frühstück und superfreundliche Gastgeber! Gerne wieder. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist dass man auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken muss.
