Handy location, 15 minutes walk to Old Town, set in a residential area. Near a small beach used by locals. Comfortable city centre boutique-style, small bar, pool and pleasant rooms. Breakfasts OK buffet style.|Split itself could be explored in a day. At night, the Riva Strip becomes a party town as the all day drinking boats return. If you have a few days spare, go on a smaller island boat trip or visit Trogir. The harbour is the hub for destinations to all islands. Watch out - all cash machines seem to charge €4.95 for any withdrawal, even at banks. Would stay here again as quiet location, but still near enough.

Alles sauber und ordentlich! Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend; hier ist gar nichts aufgesetzt, die sind von Natur aus nett! Dass der Pool zu klein ist, kann ja wohl kein Grund für Negatives sein! Es ist halt nicht mehr Platz da! Dass die Anbauten im EG unpassend wären, zeugt von Nullahnung von moderner Architektur. Kann die negativen Kommentare nicht verstehen! Wenn ein nicht servierter Schampus ein Problem ist, dann gute Nacht! Ansprüche haben manche Leute…?!?😳

Spent two nights at this very nice hotel in Split. It's an easy walk to the old town and convenient to most things in the area. The facility and the service are excellent. Breakfast was very good and the other meals available were also quite good. We would definitely be happy to stay at this hotel again in the future.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und hochwertig, aber ein wenig dunkel, eingerichtet. Das Personal versteht gut englisch. Der helle Teppich insbesondere in den Zimmern und Fluren ist sehr unpraktisch. In der Lobby stehen Getränkespender und Kekse zur Verfügung. Getränke werden von der Bar nicht an den Pool gebracht. Der Pool ist für die Größe des Hotels zu klein. Die Gäste werden ungleich behandelt. Einige Zimmer bekommen bei gleichem Preis Kekse und Obst. Der nahe gelegene Strand ist keinen Besuch wert. Am Samstag hat eine externe Hochzeitsgesellschaft im Restaurant gefeiert, wodurch der Aufenthalt am Pool (starker Lärm) und in der Bar (Zigarrengeruch) stark beeinträchtigt war. Meine Kreditkarte, mit der ich die Buchung bereits vorab vollständig bezahlt hatte, wurde vor Ort nicht als Sicherheit akzeptiert, weshalb ich eine Barkaution hinterlegen musste. Bei der Abreise wurde eine deutlich höhere Tourismusangabe verlangt, als vom Reiseanbieter angegeben. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig. Bei schönem Wetter gibt es jedoch im Außenbereich des Restaurants zu wenig eingedeckte Sitzplätze. Gestört hat mich, dass mein Teller meist schon abgeräumt wurde, wenn ich nur mein Wasserglas am Buffet aufgefüllt habe, obwohl das Besteck in der entsprechenden Stellung "Ich esse noch" platziert war. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel Park im internationalen Vergleich kein 5-Sterne-Hotel und damit aus meiner Sicht etwas überteuert. Da es vergleichbare Hotels auch unmittelbar in der Innenstadt gibt, würde ich bei einem nochmaligen Aufenthalt in Split mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit eine andere Unterkunft buchen.

This hotel was in a great location. The staff, especially Ante, were friendly and helpful. Our room was small but clean and quiet. Breakfast, included with our stay, was lovely with lots of options. Wait staff were attentive. Options to eat inside or on the terrace. If the weather is nice, choose the terrace. Lots of trellises and blooming things. Live piano player at breakfast and he was very good.

Room says enjoy tranquility and there is a band blaring outside our room at almost 10 pm and we can expect this volume until 11 pm. This is not acceptable and is we should have been informed of this inconvenience before reserving our room. I would not recommend this Hotel unless you do not want to sleep

What a fabulous hotel! I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel has been beautifully renovated. The food was fantastic. It is perfectly located, even Diocletian’s Palace is a reasonable walk. Kudos to the staff, too. Everyone was exceptionally pleasant.

We went to Split for a weeks holiday . We were booked on a package holiday with Jet2 and we selected this Hotel because of its location in Split. We arrived on time around lunchtime and had a warm welcome at reception . We checked in and as it was well before 3pm reception advised us that they would check with house keeping to see if our room was ready so we decided to explore the hotel and have a drink after our day travelling. Reception duly found us adjacent to the swimming pool and advised that our room was ready . We had selected a superior double room. The room had a nice ensuite bathroom and generous sized bed however on reflection the amount of storage it provided was insufficient if you are staying more than a few days. We ended up leaving clothes in our cases and working between the cases which was not ideal. Fine for a few days but if staying longer perhaps a bigger room is required.|Breakfast in the morning is completely self service and sit where you want. You can sit either outside, in the conservatory area or inside as you please. There is a nice touch of a pianist playing in the conservatory. The selection of fruits meats cheeses etc is very good however the eggs sausages etc was a bit repetitive . You could ask for specific requests but we did not take advantage of this. The selection of pastries was good and extensive however I would say the hot water for tea/coffee was sometimes on the cold side but the coffee machine worked well. A glass of fizz is also available should you wish.|The location of the hotel is great for accessing the old town of Split and also provides good access to the ferries bus and railway stations if you are travelling further afield. We did not eat in the hotel for dinner preferring to walk the 15 minute stroll into the town in the evening for dinner where there is plenty of choice of restaurants. Travelling around using Uber is cheap and very efficient and we used this several times on our holiday. |The bed was very comfortable and housekeeping kept our room clean always changing towels and updating toiletries . Our room was located in a private area and were not disturbed even although there was a major function on one evening|The staff around the hotel were very pleasant and helpful throughout our stay. A great place to visit and we would certainly recommend the hotel .

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean, the atmosphere was calm, and everything felt comfortable and relaxing. It truly was a luxurious experience from start to finish! Just relax and enjoy your stay — we definitely hope to come back again 😊

We stayed for nearly a week and had a wonderful time - many thanks to the whole team! This was our first holiday in three years and we couldn't have asked for more. The place itself is upmarket, clean and welcoming without being too formal, and the staff were friendly and very helpful with a few small extra requests we had. A few other points, in no particular order: - Fresh and extremely varied breakfast options, along with a guy playing live piano which was a nice touch - Nice airy restaurant leading to an equally spacious outside area with pool, dinner options are great value for money - Small but very well-equipped gym and some great extra facilities like a sauna and spa - Great setting near the city centre and Bacveci beach - a very chilled out, leafy and safe neighbourhood with great restaurants in walking distance
