We had an amazing stay at Hotel Lero👍 From the moment we arrived, the service stood out — from the friendly and professional reception staff to the attentive kitchen team everyone made us feel genuinely welcome. The pool service was excellent too — 💦 shoutout to the local students working there who were kind, quick, and always courteous! The hotel is in a fantastic location, very clean and taken care of— just a short walk to restaurants, a small market, and the beach ⛱️ Great value for the money, especially considering the level of service and convenience. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Kod rezervacije su mi potvrdili da imaju punionicu za vozila, kod dolaska na recepciji isto, a onda mi je gospodin rekao da oni nemaju kabel za punionicu, da mogu punit samo ako imam svoj, što je žalosno za jedan hotel sa 4*. ( to je isto da mi na benzinski pumpi vele da imaju dizel al mogu ga napunit ako imam svoje crijevo za punjenje) Nakon punjenja u gradu parkirao sam u garažu i evo iznenađenja, u garaži imaju isto punionicu ali sa kabelom i to onim koji paše u moje vozilo. Molim Vas kupite si taj kabel i educirajte osoblje.

We stayed at Hotel Lero as part of a tour group. While a fine stay for two nights, it’s nothing special. Breakfast offerings were standard, rooms were clean overall, beds were somewhat comfortable, bathrooms had little to no amenities. Not a bad stay but nothing to remember.

Bathroom was not well maintained. There was build up on the shower-head, no where to put my shower supplies, and the water drained slowly. One morning on our trip at 7-8am, someone came in without knocking while we were sleeping. After we said “hello?!” she said “Sorry they sent me from downstairs” and I’m confused why housekeeping would come that early in the morning and not knock, especially since we had a do not disturb sign on the door. The doors slam when closed no matter how gently you try so that made it hard to sleep some nights. Their connected restaurant Taj Mahal was 10/10 though

The hotel provided an exceptional experience during our three-night stay. A challenge arose when a personal item was inadvertently left in uber vehicle en route to the airport. The hotel staff demonstrated outstanding support by proactively assisting, facilitating the item's return, and coordinating the courier service. Their responsiveness and dedication to resolving this matter exceeded all expectations. We commend the hotel and its staff for their thoughtful and effective assistance.

Der dreitägige Aufenthalt im Hotel Lero war sehr angenehm. Zimmer und Frühstück entsprachen absolut den Erwartungen, ebenso der Service. Lediglich das WiFi hatte über die Tage immer wieder Aussetzer. Da das Hotel jedoch im Wesentlichen als Startpunkt für Ausflüge diente, war das zu verschmerzen. Zur Altstadt oder Lapad auf der anderen Seite sind es 25 Minuten zu Fuß, vor dem Hotel gibt es auch eine Bushaltestelle. Hilfreich war auch das Angebot der Rezeption, nach dem Checkout beim Warten auf das Flughafenshuttle noch den Service des Hotels und den Pool nutzen zu können.

Based ourselves here for a six day visit to Dubrovnik. The hotel is ideally located about a 5 min bus ride to the gates of the old town (bus no 4, every 15 mins, get tickets in the hotel). Rooms are a bit on the small side, but clean, cool and more than adequate. Without exception,staff are friendly, attentive and very helpful. A good range of facilities for the price means it's easy to spend a day escaping the heat at the pool or in the spa with an evening meal at the excellent Michelin recognised Taj Mahal traditional Bosnian restaurant followed by a drink at the atmospheric Piano Bar.

Clean hotel, rooms serviced everyday, we didn't use pool/gym. The food was acceptable, breakfast ok tho not usual 4star choices.Evening meals were disappointing , lots of Veal/Pork in varying forms .|The location is fair, can walk to Old Town 25-35 mins tho bit of a hill., but regular bus service (didn't use).|Only 1 or 2 "pubs" + 2 restaurants nearby so limited choice if not wanting to travel bus/taxi at nightWe chose 7night stay but would advise 4nights would be preferable.

An overall good experience. We found a black hair on the armchair when we arrived. Other than that the room was clean and nice. The downside of the room is that we did not have a balcony. It was therefore difficult to dry our swimwear after use. The staff was okay but I can't say they were very attentive after arriving. The breakfast was fine. We had parking. We enjoyed the pool but it was too small and there was not enough space. The beach was close by. There are restaurants nearby. We recommend the burger place. We ordered room service and got the Ceaser salad. It was really delicious. That is about it.

D une propreté exemplaire , de partout , hall d entrée, couloirs , toilettes , piscine ..etc Réception et personnel très reactifs aux questions et aux demandes malgré la barrière de la langue , ils sont a vos petits soins et c est tellement rare que je voulais le souligner. Petit resto de la piscine avec des en-cas très bon , pokebol, burger , salades , qu on peut déguster tranquillement a cote de la piscine . Chambres fonctionnelles ,mais bien dommage , pas beaucoup ont un balcon , juste une fenêtre que l on ne peut qu entrouvrir , et mal, très mal insonorisées... Bien situé, a 5 mn en bus de old town , arrêt en face de l hotel , sinon 25 a 30 mn a pied, mais ca monte et ca descend constamment, a éviter de faire en pleine chaleur . Restaurants un peu de partout aux alentours . Dans l ensemble , hotel propre et très professionnel , bien situé Bémol.. insonorisation des chambres

Hotel Lero is located conveniently on the coast of Dubrovnik and it is 20 minutes by walk from the Old Town. The facility and ambience of the hotel is good. The hotel has a swimming poor, an buffet restaurant and a bar. The is also a very good local restaurant - Taj Mahar (this may confuse people as the name and and cuisine are not matching). However, the reception of the hotel staff seems to be cold and unfriendly. They are unwilling to help with any requests from the guests. This is perhaps due to the fact that this is a holiday season and the hotel is rather full and busy. We requested for a late check out as our flight was rather late but the receptionist gave a cold face saying that "the hotel is fully booked and you have to check out at 11:00am". This seems to be inflexible, and shows they hotel is lacking of empathy to guests. In addition, the concierge staff is also unfriendly, as we wanted to store our luggage in the hotel and the staff did not gave us any certificate/ticket for the luggage storage. When we request for it, the staff indicated that it was our fault as we did not aske for it, which is strange as this is a standard practice for any hotel in the world. ||If you are seeking for superior experience and hospitality, this is not a hotel for you.

Hotel Lero is conveniently located on the coast with an easy walking distance to and from the Dubrovnik Old Town. The facility of the hotel is very good and the rooms are clean. However, the services of the hotel staff are far from satisfactory. In general, hotel staff are not very friendly and lack of empathy to guests and their requests. This might be due to that fact that we visited Dubrovnik in the peak season and the hotel was fully booked.

Cama confortable |Limpieza 9/10|Ubicación 8/10 está frente al océano, por la calle principal, a 9 minutos en taxi de Puerta Pile. Caminando también se puede ir, son 20 minutos, al retorno se hace difícil porque es en subida pronunciada. |Servicio 9/10|Desayuno 8/10, normal, con lo básico pero todo estaba bien, nada que criticar

No issues with my room, spotlessly clean,hot water good water pressure, comfy bed, loved the bathrobes.|But location of room, I booked a standard and didn’t realise that there was no balcony and as for the view there wasn’t one. |Staff were lovely food excellent had the best Caesar salad ever. My only issue was we I ate at the Taj Mahal, no problem with the food, took my order, no problem, checked to see whether food was okay but after that I was completely ignored, in the end had to ask for bill|Piano bar is lovely with musicians playing in the background |Hotel is on a busy road |It’s a good 20 minute walk into the old town, or you can get the bus, turn left out of the hotel, cross the pedestrian crossing you will see Jacks burger bar and the bus stop is there cost 2.50 euros the bus will say Pile and that’s the old town |Walking same as above continue until you will see some a small park area bear right and just keep walking, mind you it’s a killer walking back |Swimming Pool area is small, I wanted to chill out there on my last day as my flight was a late one but there was nowhere to sit |But all in all I had a lovely stay … just missed having a balcony 😢

My family and I have stayed here twice in two years and will only stay here in Dubrovnik. They have the best breakfast we’ve ever known, and we travel a lot! The concierge service here is exceptional and the staff helps you with transport as well! Perfect location and exactly what you need in Dubrovnik.
