Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour de 5 jours dans cet hôtel. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la gentillesse et le sourire du personnel, toujours disponible et attentionné tout au long du séjour. L’hôtel est d’une propreté irréprochable, et tout est fait pour que les clients se sentent bien. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux, parfait pour bien commencer la journée. Les infrastructures sont impeccables : salle de sport bien équipée, piscine très agréable et jacuzzi idéal pour se détendre. Le vrai plus ? Une vue imprenable sur la mer, à couper le souffle. Nous repartons reposés et ravis, avec l’envie de revenir très vite. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe !

We stayed here for 2 nights during a 7-day road trip through Croatia. We specifically chose this hotel because of the advertised wellness facilities like the indoor pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.||On the first day, we arrived to find the jacuzzi completely empty and out of service, with no prior notice. The next morning, we were woken up at 6 AM by two members of the hotel staff loudly shouting at each other in the hallway. Going back to sleep was impossible — not exactly the peaceful stay we had hoped for.||Later that day, we went to Split and looked forward to a relaxing afternoon enjoying the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Sadly, the sauna was out of order and the jacuzzi was ice cold. All we got was a simple “sorry” from the staff — no compensation, no alternative offer, nothing.||The room itself was fine, but the overall experience did not meet the expectations set by the hotel’s own website. If you’re looking for peace and relaxation with proper wellness facilities, we’d recommend staying elsewhere. This hotel simply doesn’t deliver on its promises.
A Lot of noise at 6.20am.||Cleaning lady’s screaming against each onther.||We went to The Office: appoligige. That was it.||The same day: sauna broken, jacussie @24 gr.||The answer: sorry, wait for 30 min for the jacussie.||Afther 40 min: jacuzzi 24,5 gr. of course! The lady at the office was gone wh n we game back.||We Will not come back.||Sorry.

Dag 1: jacuzzi was leeg. Dag2: jacuzzi met water van 24 graden. Sauna was niet beschikbaar. Half pension was ok maar daarmee is ook alles gezegd. Veel diepvriesfood en saus uit pakjes. Mooie kamers en prima zwembad binnen en buiten.
