This is a very good 3 star hotel. It delivers what it promises but isn’t a 4 star hotel (like some other reviews suggest) in my opinion. ||Location is great. Lovely views. Mlini is small but handful of nice bars & restaurants. 20 mins in Uber from Dubrovnik. Taxi boat too but this was €20 per adult return so could be pricey for some groups. |Close to some nice, small stoney beaches. ||Personally did not find reception very welcoming. Shame as first impression of hotel. ||Everything is on a different floor so you go up & down lots but there are lifts in main building. ||Rooms adequate. I didn’t feel they were too small. Recently renovated. If I’m being picky I would say finish is quite poor in some places & attention to detail not great. |Beds comfortable. Cleaning good. Soundproofing not brilliant. ||Sun bed wars! Not enough beds as pool used by more than 1 hotel. We saw people queuing from 7:15am. |Most sunbeds taken by 8:30am & some people go off & leave towels on there for hours which is frustrating. |€20 deposit per towel but can exchange as much as you want. ||Indoor pool very nice but we didn’t use much as weather so nice. ||You can hire loungers at beach in front of hotel €10 per lounger & €8 per umbrella. ||Breakfast is very busy & feels a bit chaotic. It is quieter early. Need more coffee machines to avoid queues! |Variety is limited but food generally good. |Evening meal limited choice but again generally good. |We were happy to pay for evening drinks with meal but you had to order & pay straight away therefore doesn’t really encourage you to order more than one round. |Restaurant staff were friendly. ||No entertainment although not a problem for us. Some live music at beach bar. |Hotel bar quiet with bright lighting & not much atmosphere. ||No pool bar which was a shame & couldn’t charge anything to room (one reason why I’d agree this is 3 star not 4). ||Small shop nearby (pricey) but 15 mins walk or so to other shop options. ||The Beach Bar is a nice option day or evening. ||You do need to take some cash as some bars etc cash only. ATM in Mlini with charge to withdraw. ||Overall a very nice place in excellent location. You don’t get any ‘extras’ but a good option for the price.

Firstly, we booked an apartment within the hotel grounds which whilst pretty basic inside had an idyllic setting right over the water. A great balcony with stunning views. Beautuful. The twin beds were apparently comfy for my older teenage boys and the sofabed that I slept on was fine. |But here is the big problem. We went in mid July in full high season. The hotel is nice, but its’ swimming pool and sunbed area is simply too small for when the hotel is anywhere near full.|I was told on Reception at checkout that there were 700 guests in the hotel that day with only 170 sunbeds by the pool. So there are about 4 guests to every sunbed. And apart from the small beach area and day trips to Dubrovnik, most guests would like to sit by the pool at some point during the day. No chance unless you’re an early riser. ||You have ZERO chance of finding a sunbed by the pool if you arrive after 8am until mid afternoon. This is not what we were expecting. ||The hotel is otherwise smart and clean. WiFi iffy by the pool. Reception staff grumpy. “ I only work here “ I was told when I raised an issue. ||In short it’s an ok hotel, but the pool can’t cope in summer. We didn’t eat anything in the hotel.

Clean & recently refurbished, this hotel was in a pretty and peaceful location. |Lots of amenities for different ages, quiet with regards to entertainment. Staff were helpful although not overly friendly. |Beds were comfortable, great showers although rooms lacked storage (no drawers).|Hotel was very busy and there were not even close to meeting the demand of sun beds required for the number of guests staying around the pool. Queuing for sun beds starts at 7:30, with the the pool gates opening at 8am. All gone quickly after this 😕 No policy in place to stop guests reserving these and not being present for hours, very frustrating!|We chose to avoid this as to not ruin our holiday so instead paid for relaxers for 10 Euros pp on the beach each day. Important to be aware of this if you like to use the pool area daily on your holiday.|Breakfast was ok, some variation would've been nice each day. Pleased we went B&B as we had some lovely evening meals nearby.|Would definitely return to Croatia, we enjoyed our family holiday and this hotel would’ve been excellent had it not been for the sun beds issues.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We opted for a room with a partial sea view which was small but had a lovely view, a very comfortable bed and was clean. The breakfast was good, with plenty of choice - bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, continental meats, cheeses, cereals, fruit, pancakes, pastries, cheese pie, cinnamon toast, salad, yogurt, bread, coffee, flavoured water and juices.|The hotel is in a great location for exploring Dubrovnik old town and Cavtat. Mlini itself is relaxing and beautiful.|The sunbed situation needs oversight from hotel staff/management. Some people reserved sunbeds at 8am and didn’t arrive for several hours - there should be rules implemented. |Overall, we had a relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings and we would stay here again.

Not a great hotel this, rooms are the smallest we've ever stayed in. Pool area is very over crowded, no beds available if you get here after 8am. They charge for sunbeds on the small beach. The buffet style breakfast is a stampede, very limited choice, noisy.|Rooms are cleaned daily and it's in a nice location.

We are just back from a 1 week stay. We arrived at 10am and were unable to check in until 2pm- there was no movement on this despite me emailing prior. I didn’t find reception staff very friendly throughout our stay. We stayed in the annex and had the most beautiful views. I would say though that if you have mobility issues-the annex would not be suitable. The room was small but adequate- and very clean. The cleaners arrived every single day and were very friendly.||The pool- we paid €20 per towel for our stay- you get a card and exchange it for a towel which you can change as often as you like. You get the card back on your last day and you receive your €20 back. Great idea and saved room in our suitcase. I would say the sunbed situation is a joke. The pool opens at 8- people literally queue- put their towels down and leave. Some of them didn’t return for the day. ||With regards to the supermarket- there is a very small onsite shop- cash only. Ok for very urgent essentials. There is a big shopping centre with a big supermarket about a 20-25 min walk away that was really good. I see a lot of people saying it’s up a big hill. That’s just one way- we instead chose to go walk the flat road from Mlini into Srebreno- Turn right at the Sheraton hotel and you will see the shopping centre not far up on the left hand side. ||Breakfast- one world- chaos. I didn’t find the choice great. It was the same very single day. No variation. Fruit choice consisted of Kiki, orange and grapefruit. Bacon was absolutely awful and the chaotic queues around the toaster and coffee machines were really not worth it. ||Mlini really is stunning though and we would defo return!

We had a wonderful holiday and couldn't find anything to complain about.We booked a superior sea view room which we found to have ample room for the two of us.People had complained about having no drawers, but our wardrobe had lots of shelves so we had no problem.The food at breakfast and dinner we found to be really good with lots of choice at dinner.We also loved the salad bar.I do agree with the queuing for sunbeds before 8 am, and some people leaving towels on most of the day.One lady reserved hers at 8am, and then went off to Dubrovnik for the day!Mlini is a picture postcard resort and suited us perfectly.Loved the boat trips to Cavtat and Dubrovnik.We will certainly return and have already recommended it to our friends.

This is a very nice hotel both. For children and adults you will find everything from Spa Neil Salon indoor pool fitness room gaming room where children and adults can play on PlayStation, there is also a children's section there. I recommend eating breakfast at the hotel after breakfast they have really good food. The hotel has 3 restaurants and a beach right next to the hotel they also have an outdoor pool and ping pong table and billiards. They have very nice rooms with fridges and other things very much. highly recommended

Really mixed feelings of this hotel. Its clean as you would expect but tiny, tiny, rooms, very limited storage and we have to walk around it sideways. Little gripes, no plug in the sink, asked about getting one and was told they have none left so have to look at all the gunk down the waste pipe. Although we are 3 people in the room we only have 2 cups, glasses, chairs etc. The pool isn't great, when we arrived it was full if black debris all around the bottom and it's very crowded, sunbed warfare begins at 8am. Some beds lay empty all day but it appears from other reviews that the hotel clearly do nothing to police it.Sunbeds on the tiny beach outside have a charge, to this may not be the hotel who run it. Breakfast! Oh my it's a nightmare. So, so busy, staff do there best to keep up with demand but it's catered mostly for continental tastes, fresh fruit consists of sliced orange and sliced kiwi and very limited choice of cereal. It's in a nice location though!

I really like the size if the hotel, the helpful and friendly staff and that it's not overcrowded. It reminds me of a French hotel in Nizza all in white. Food is always fresh and there is a variety of choices. Minus- it's not even a village, it's super small, 3 restaurants and one mini kiosk. In some rooms you can smell cigarettes- febreze would be helpful.If you want to shop, you need to walk a steep hill or take a taxi. Drinks for the pool and beach area would be lovely. But except for that 4stars from me!

Доброго дня! Відпочивали у даному готелі на протязі 10 ночей. Перше враження про готель дуже приємне,привітні працівники рецепції оперативно видають ключі і інформацію про ваш номер. Територія. Чисто і дуже багато зелені. Хороший басейн. Багато місця для паркування авто. Є набережна для прогулянок. Пляж. Звичайний пляж зроблений з бетону Є лежанки і парасолі за окрему плату. Окремо хочу відмітити працівників на рецепції котрі оперативно вирішили проблему з галасливими сусідами. Ресторан і Кухня. Я як Шеф-кухар з досвідом хочу наголосити, що варто більше уваги приділяти якості приготування страв. Водяниста картопля пюре. Пересушена індичка. Переварені макарони. Десерти це окрема біль,зробіть менший асортимент але дайте людям якісніший десерт. Обурило,як в кінці відпочинку наглий чоловік курив при дітях на терасі ресторану, а офіціантка любʼязно принесла йому попільничку,хоча на вході в ресторан є знак «Куріння заборонено» Менеджер на це не відреагувала,але якщо ви наберете води у свою пляшку то всі це зразу побачать.

Stayed recnetly and we stoppred in the annexe building of the hotel. The view was stunning and the rooms spotless and cleaned daily to an excellent standard. There are places to eat locally but we found that most of these belonged to part of the hotel and was limited depending on your taste. That said we would highly recommend La Normas within Mlini. There are regular water taxis whoch are a 30 mins trip to Dubronik which offers plenty more choice an would also recommend a trip to Cavat.||A few cons to the hotel unless you are prepared to do the daily 8am dash for sun beds it is unlikly you will get one and you have to get a bed on the beach adjoining the hotel which is also part of the hotel group we belive but charged 28 euros for 2 beds and a umbrella and also found the late check out oprion an expensive option at 15 euro per hour.||One recommendation we would offer on the sunbed situation is the indoor pool this is availible within the hotel and has a large balcony with sunbeds which was busy but most of the time there was availibilty and ideal to nip indoors whe too hot.||All in all would recommend the hotel

What a disappointment. I was very excited to stay at this hotel, but the rude and unprofessional behavior of some staff completely ruined the experience. One staff member stood out in particular – a bartender at the beach bar, around 6 feet tall with a sleeve tattoo on his left arm. As I was approaching to order, he started making extremely rude comments in Croatian about the physical appearance of my friend and me. I am a native Croatian speaker, so I understood every word. When I told him to stop, he turned away and continued making insulting comments to other guests, who luckily (or unfortunately) didn’t understand what he was saying as they were Dutch and British. I have never witnessed such disgusting and unprofessional behavior in any hotel, let alone one that markets itself as “luxury.” This was truly disappointing and unacceptable. Unfortunately I can’t say that the rest of the stuff were particularly helpful especially not asking them for 20min to order a taxi to the airport.

5ème fois en 12 ans et toujours aussi bien , à chaque fois l'hotel est de mieux en mieux.|La dèco de l'hotel a ètè modernisèe , 2 piscines extèrieures ( une grande et une pour enfants) en plus de la grande piscine couverte , un spa , une salle de sport , un bar lounge/restaurant sur la plage ou on mange bien , le personnel est à l'ècoute et au petit soin , les chambres vue mer pour la plupart , des petits dèj et restaurant buffet excellent, que du bonheur.

Gaming room was a great experience recommend trying the driving game , Kenan was very chill and friendly aswell.
